To me, this house has a bit of a Nordic feel to it. I can visualize fluffy white rugs, pottery, an aromatherapy chest, and candles. Soooo cozy. I wonder if Zyl is able to design for over a foundation. Or do they sell designs?
We usually create homes on wheels. It might be possible to design one to be placed on a foundation, but this depends on your local building codes/rules.

This is a work of art besides a functional living space. But for full time living, it needs an oven.(I couldn’t live without that.) Maybe where the TV is? I don’t need that. I only wish I had seen this before I acquired the one I have.
Ovens end up in more of my tiny houses than not. I am also a baker.

24', but the canted end walls make it more spacious.
Beautiful. Did I miss the area for a washer and dryer.? Also is this built in the State of Washington?

too many metal drawer slides try wood slides a piece of stablizing wood above to keep drawer posiioned is all you need
The ball bearing glides last nearly forever, and not a single person has complained. I do appreciate a nice wood drawer slide design... but I have fixed SO many of them over the years. They wear and break.

Put an actual picture frame as the door to the electrical panel. Slip in a photograph. Have a nice decoration on the wall & disguise the panel door.😊
The refrigerator door is opening the wrong way!

Sehr romantisch .. das Bett wäre mir zu niedrig... da müsste das Podest der Küche noch höher gesetzt werden... ginge das?? Dann gäbe es noch mehr Stauraum unter der Treppe und möglicherweise unter dem Bett.. Ansonsten bekommt man seine Sachen nicht unter wenn man dauerhaft darin wohnen wollte... Und vielleicht noch links und rechts der Badezimmer Tür ein Einbauschrank... Ansonsten ist es ein traumhaftes Ferien Domizil..

Its a beautiful exterior home. Gives me Gypsy vibes. But I belive the interior space design could have been better utilized. But non the less it is a beautiful work of art. Love the architecture

It is so relaxing watching your videos. You have elfin in you with Italian? This shape is really unique. Great choice. Very soothing. I like your rounded window(s), sound structure. What patience you possess. All from drawing (s), shop work. In Canada our summer's are too short and thank God for a long autumn so you can live in the great outdoors (nature) and be one with tiny houses like this with a small fireplace is a necessity here. Congrats.
