I love how in the context of the musical the song is from (spoiler warning for the falsettos duh): - mistystar and bramblestar are two gay men - bramblestar and leafstar are divorced and harestar is their son - mistystar dies of aids - leafstar has syphilis and hepatitis - tigerstar and leafstar get married - tigerstar is a psychiatrist - harestar plays chess - mistystar loves baseball (but sometimes not bramblestar 😮) and so on it’s hilarious I wonder if Charolette or however you spell it and Cordelia were included in this song who they would be
