Olivebranch rushes to the training hollow to find her mate Applebreeze dead, and her daughter Mistypaw in tears. Later, Olivebranch finally has the chance to cry, alone in the forest next to Applebreeze and Ospreypaw, her son’s, graves. She mourns deeply for her mate, who she didn’t have the chance to reconcile with after a grave argument.
