Hailsong is found dead, murdered. However, Shellface is extremely conflicted in how he feels about it, given that Hailsong was a horrific bully and tormentor of his as he grew up, as she blamed him for the death of a cat she was close to. Runningcloud sympathizes with Shellface, and they both can’t really seem to have it in themselves to mourn.
