Absolutely agree sadly I don't think we getting a new game until 2026 I be shocked if we get it in 2025 but I love to see better music I think new horizons music not as good but I still love this game I want stuff like new flowers

I'm split on this. I think what will sell me hard is if there are more little mini quests that address small conflicts and missions, which is something I feel is often missing from cozy games.... for all the straight up copies of Stardew out there, a lot of them miss the boat on the character and story elements. I was also a lot happier with trailer #2 but am hoping to see more about mechanics before release.

I finally had my first villager move out a month back(I’d stopped playing a few years ago and got back into it late May). It was Diva. One of the two original villagers I had to start with. I actually grew attached to her since I always saw her hang out with Pierce(he was the other starter villager and he never talked to anybody but me and Diva). But I finally let her go after she asked three separate times to leave. I didn’t want to rob Pierce of one of his few friends, but Diva just wasn’t happy stuck on my pitiful rock of an island, so I let her leave. The day she moved out I decided to use a Nook Miles ticket for the heck of it. I never really used them, but I wanted some say in who moved in next to make a new friend for me and Pierce. Who else do I find on the first Island the the heterocromic cat himself? Believe it or not, he also gets along well with Pierce! I’ve passed by them exercising in town square at least once a week since Raymond got here. I will still miss Diva dearly, but I’m glad I found a good replacement in Raymond.

The moment I realized the 1st upgrade to nooks cranny was the only upgrade and that a large portion of furniture needs to be crafted causing the same furniture to be displayed all the time at nooks. I stopped playing. Grew up playing the originals. Crafting could be good…. If it didnt take away from what animal crossing was.

This game came out during my exams, LITERALLY a godsend. I got to like level 50 LOL

Time Traveling backwards to before your latest save date will not only spoil your turnips, it will also cause every Snowboy on your island to disappear.

I cannot bring myself to play Stardew Valley because of the tiny top down graphics. I hate looking at it. Top reason I love Disney Dreamlight Valley is how pretty it is.

There was this ds cozy game I played all the time called "fantasy life." You get jobs/classes and they play off each other. Like an archer needs a bow, so you swap to a lumber jack and cut down trees and use your axe to defend yourself from monsters, you take the wood and swap to the craftsman to make furniture to level up and make a nice bow. Fun game loop, little world to explore.

I agree. I really like hobbits, and this idea could be so much! But... I hope it's not just another farming sim... like we already have so many good ones. For now I'm not impressed yet.
