And it was a two bedroom apartment .which I wasn't able to complete with . And im am Homeless now and in a shelter. At the Age of 71 yrs old. Never been Homeless in my entire life .Always paid my Rent Before it's Due every month .lve been working at Harlem united for going on.seventeen yrs . Partime . And.im Homeless and hoping to be moved Into a place of my own .A woman of my AGE SHOULD NOT BE WITHOUT A PLACE TO LIVE THIS IS. MAINLY WHY I'M REACHING OUT FOR HELP .ITS BEEN, AUGUST OF 2021 SINCE IVE BEEN WITHOUT A HOME. Do newer paints have trace amounts of lead (like 0.1 for example). My pre-civil war building was tested and mostly tested for 0.1-0.4. Does this mean my apartment is negative for lead? Should I encapsulate or abate even thought it is below the action level?

I conduct LBP inspection in NYC. The most common components that I have found lead paint on are: fireplaces, entry doors, door & window casings, window aprons, radiators, and riser pipes. Even in "fully renovated" dwellings, I have found LBP. Overlooked areas like the entry door or uncommon items like part of an exposed pipe.
