HPD Professional Excellence Award Program August 2023

NYC Housing Preservation and Development: The Professional Excellence Award Program
Launched in 2021, this employee of the quarter recognition program was borne out of the agency’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion working group. Staff wanted more opportunities to receive recognition. Through the Professional Excellence Program, senior leadership choose staff from their office that most closely represent the theme of the quarter. Each office can select up to one staff for every 250 employees. Three times a year we will have a different theme to ensure a wide variety of staff receive recognition over time. This video specifically celebrates the awardees from the last three quarters. The themes for the last three quarters are: Outstanding Customer Service, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Innovators, and Everyday Leaders.
