Great video. I would add shorts and casual jacket. If I lived somewhere warm, I probably wouldn't include a jacket. But I live in the Northern Hemispehre and it can be cool on the water or once the sun goes down in the summer too. So a light jacket is a necessity, and linen or twill make for excellent breathable options. I not much of a non-sport shorts person, but in the height of summer, nothing else will do - especially in cotton or linen.

I am "linen obsessed" too. Linen in Summer and cashmere in winter. Both are fantastically durable, perfect for their respective seasons, and the pigmentation of both is phenomenal! Your linen choices are amazing!

I mostly buy my clothes secondhand. But if I do buy new I buy from Muji. Affordable, classically beautiful, and hold up well. Grey is my go-to colour; prussian blue grey, taupe grey, varying shades of grey green, silver grey, etc.

I went to a stylist earlier this year, actually- and know I am a 'cool neutral summer'. till working out exactly what that means (Yes, we talked about it and I have info about it LOL most of the colours are ones I gravitate to automatically. I wear very little black. One, I dont particularly like it on me, but also... I live with 7 white dogs. LOL

My eyes are blue and recently dud color matching and I am cool. So peach and bronze not recommended, but pink ans burgundy. Any comments? Dk brown hair, light skin.

What? A makeup challenge from Frederique? YES PLEASE. I have green eyes with a faint gold ring around the pupil. Depending on the light or my mood, the green looks more grey. When I was going out to work every day I always took a packed lunch. It must have saved me hundreds of pounds (maybe thousands) over the years.

I have hazel eyes and so does my husband and both of our eyes do appear to change colour although I have not thought to try and track if it’s the weather or mood etc, I will try and start doing that now. I like that you said your eyes are like mood rings. I think I’m going to use that myself even though I don’t really know if it’s because of moods? 😊 Also I watched a video about Hazel eyes and they are the second most rare colour after green eyes. Only 5% of the world’s population have Hazel eyes. Just a side note, The original reason I watched that video is because our daughter has blue eyes, but that particular video was not in depth enough to cover the science behind how much blue gene is in the Hazel eye gene for two Hazel eyes to make a Blue eyed baby? A research project for another day 😂

I just want to bring to your attention that when you wear your glasses, it is hard to see your eyes because the light you use gets reflected on them and your facial expressions that usually complement your good arguments can be hardly appreciated. I know it could be rather difficult (I wear glasses too), but I do hope you can correct this. Greetings!!!!

Oh, I do have a question. Since you’ve moved to a much warmer, humid place, has that changed your style? I live in warm, humid Florida and jackets, trench coats, etc are usually only dug out of the closet a few times in the winter.

I do enjoy your videos, but from approximately 12:30 to the end it was unintelligible. I even read the transcript, but it didn’t make much sense to me. Perhaps speaking more slowly and thinking about what points you want to make might be helpful for your viewers to better understand what you are saying. Could you inform me as to why I should put deodorant on after dressing in a black outfit ? What is your point about toothpaste? Why not do self-care before putting on something black? Was not feeling well this morning, but had to go out for a small errand. I pulled on my denim shorts, a white button up and leopard print slides with a bow..😊..and my looks-like Rayban sunglasses, hair in a messy bun. Not too bad for 67. 😄. Luckily I still have great legs, and live in a small town.

I would love to hear your thoughts but the editing of the videos recently are terrible, there are just too many cuts and inserts of photos/videos. I don`t understand why you think that what you say is boring and people need to be entertained more. What you say is relevant and interesting, please make it enjoyable too (without this many distractions) Merci
