This final was perfect, at my view no one of them could've been a great CEO and they really didn't give a fk on the company or kept it for the family, they just wanted to feed their egos and sit in beloved daddy's throne. Even if they voted for Kendall, that couldn't have worked because they can't bear him having what they wanted all their lives too and he wasn't composed enough to deal with his siblings or anyone else. Actually I think Logan consciously or not took the most healthy decision for them, get rid of the company for it's own good and for their own good and technically this was a "happy" ending for them, this fight was sad and hearthbreaking but revealing not just that they are not serious people but also that they don't like, trust or respect each other, don't think that they could've even worked together even with their own partnerships, so the best thing was separate their ways and that anyone do what they want with their money and with their lives by their own, it's not good from their perspectives because they were promised and attached with their father's power all their lives, but the true is that they should figure out what they want to be more than think what their father wanted them to be

I love how this scene plays out, that dramatic score building the tension, Shiv walking with assertion, the camera shot following her from behind and you see other people just moving out of her way, then immediately into the camera shot of her face in determination as she enters the room. Also in the background, barely perceptible you can hear Roman deliver in his cynical, snide way the line: "F*cked by the dry cleaner" referencing Tom of course who was always seen as just a upstart peasant.

Throughout show u see shiv constantly try to stop Kendal from taking over and would rather company be destroyed than let him have it. To her having company is having her father approval which she should have realized she would never get . She sided with Kendall only because he humbled himself and seemed better and she was pissed at rejection to lead company, and the moment Kendall opened his mouth at that meeting and showed his true colors that he really never changed, she realized the mistake she was making and went back to her true colors.

Shiv released them all from their torment but for the wrong reasons. She’s as petty, narcissistic, and selfish as the rest of them. Couldn’t stand to see her sibling with the job she wanted. Ken is a bipolar megalomaniac but he worked for years for the job and sacrificed his sanity and family. He was the only one with the courage to fight his dad.
