I finally found it! I remember watching this in a drama class I took in high school and I enjoyed it so much. I don't what time period this adaptation was supposed to take place, but it looks more an anarchism stew type of setting, with Chinese take out (48:30) and all, but that's what made this so damn funny! Also, I can't believe I forgot that Paul Rudd was in this as Orsino, with long hair and in full fanservice glory! All I remember was thinking about how good Helen Hunt looked when dressed as Cesario.
“Also, I need to stop diddling women other than my business partner, sorry, my wife. That could present a real problem for me down the road…”
Peru, Indiana honors Cole every year with a festival.
Until Barack Obama this is the closest America has ever been to electing a black president

Is Dalia llama a cult priest ?
Jimmy and Robbie are sorely missed in this band….Adam stunk this up.

Cole Porter: Brilliance ✨️💫 Bobby Short at the Carlyle Room in NYC, he was amazing. I spent many hours with Bobby. Cole Porter was elegant with magnificent artistry. What a moment in time with all those connected with art. Bravo!!!
Great!❤
*Having different people singing a song does not work.*
My wife and I were at Gino's concert at the MECCA Arena in Milwaukee on 1 May 1979, such a brilliant performance. To the rumbling thunder introduction to Storm at Sunup, this magnificent entertainer rose to the stage, wearing a Milwaukee Brewers uniform shirt, delighting the crowd. It's a very special moment in our lives; we were engaged to be married just days later. _Time is on my side Cause somehow I know you're there Baby I'm talking about someone like you I love you in my loneliness And it keeps me walking on_
A lot of people protected Cole Porter. Yes, he was genius.
Why Ed Sheeran?, you may ask. Check out Ed Sheeran's cover of 'I was made to love her' at the Stevie Wonder Tribute concert, Stevie was absolutely blown away. A great rendition by Ed, and a huge moment in his career. ❤Stevie Wonder, ❤life.
What really stands out is he must have wanted to contribute to the music as he didn't really need material success.
I get a kick out of this video. #Aztec73 🕺🙂
Amazing. I remember seeing this 1989. My dad could not compute that the Stones were harmless, sort of!!!! Seen the 3 times and front row. 'Angry' best song for years. Sidney Sweeney jeez. So beautiful. Stones in UK next year.

The soigné speech patterns and crisp vocabulary of the people interviewed in this documentary are reminders of how much has been lost culturally. One does not hear such voices now. That generation has vanished, its upper-crust diction along with it.
Cole's musical and lyrical talent was amazing.
It is truly disgusting to know of the amount of money wasted on lavish parties, and people starving and homeless after 2 world wars.
Bad sound bad video
I adore him.
An american orginal from Peru , Indiana
He was dressed "differently "...like my Dad, living to 96, a year ago, who gave his first violin concert at 3, shown in a sepia photograph with shoulder length sausage curls wearing a dress. The tiny violin was made for a child. As a soldier Dad fell off a roof in WW2 in Europe, breaking his hand, ending a career with violin. Afterwards he turned to the trumpet , part of the original Titanic band playing in the original film, and the Eddie Duchan Story, on the road with a band when Mom was due with his 1st baby in 1948. As kids Mom had him teach us great songs with Musical Pillows in the living room.
this is atrocious. Paul Rudd and Helen Hunt are embarrassing . . .
Didn't know he was a faggadyte
Gino, still going strong in 2024. Saw him in Hilversum, Netherlands. Great show and still great voice!
If the 'Tube has ever proved its usefulness this video being here is it.
That is the cutest picture of Cole Porter when he was a little boy. Love his hat.
god father god father god ....knows how this grand daughter popped up out of nowhere bearing the resemblance of ...........???? This grand daughter of whom ? Assuming to grand daughter of .....????
Rose Mary and Linda on the venue!!! Man o' man...two of the greats..

Everyone is genius at something
"Know", "through"...Grammerly, Spellcheck, Dictionary, encyclopedia are free.
Great, great music wth the cream of the crop performers! Nothing like them today! No one even comes close.
It's a pity Cole died in 1961. Just a few more years could have given us a critique of Lennon/Macartney songs from a master. Rip, Mr Porter.
Inxs great group. Arsenio amazing forever
She looked a lot like Rebecca DeMornay.
