Took me over an hr to beat this , then I forgot to save it and 30 mins later during gameplay game crashed and had to do this shit again took me another 1 and a half .

Making specific builds for this mini game is just a lot for me, I got through 2 of them in hard mode with my own build but decided to look for one to do for this stage as I was having trouble. I copied this exactly and got it first try on dynamic! This is a great build and I really appreciate the video showing it😄

I think the main gimmick of this song is that it alternate hands note by note way too frequently, then try to trip you up with notes than require both hands at the same time. Can’t lie I’m a pretty decent piano player but this took a dumb while 🙃

Slowed this down to .25x speed and practiced the movements over and over on the hard parts for like an hour... then another hour actually playing it in game. Finally got it. I still love this minigame even when it's so hard, unlike Fort Condor which makes me want to toss my PS5 out the window. So, that's good, I guess. XD Thanks!

From 0:57 on, are you hitting both notes at the same time or one quickly after another? They aren’t exactly lined up and this section I always end up missing 1 and end up with all greats and 1 miss. I gave up after a while cause there isn’t any reward for it.

I got this song to A despite having a lot of misses and goods and bads. As of now, i can't perfect it. I have perfected the songs from On Our Way to Cinco de Chocobo. So what I'm gonna do for now is I'm gonna go get the final song. If I manage to perfect the last song, then there's really something wrong with this particular track. Like fucking hell; I have tried every tactic from muting the TV to playing on the slowest note to upping the speed by 1 or 2 AND I STILL CAN'T PERFECT THE GODDAMN THING. For some reason, there are times when the note would only be registered as "Good" or worse, "Miss", despite the fact that I KNOW my timing was spot-on. My dualsense also has no drift issues so it's impossible for that to be the problem. Like seriously, whoever tf in Square Enix decided that the joysticks are the best controls for this AND that you have to hit EVERY note to get the star deserves a special place in hell and given the chance, I would send the fucker there myself. For point based minigames like this, ESPECIALLY with controls that rely on joysticks, there should be room for error that still allows you to get the highest rank despite mistakes. This and Sit Ups with Jules is the only mini game in the entire game that has managed to infuriate me to the point that I'm convinced I got hypertension from them. And before anyone says anything, I am well aware that I only need to get A Rank to get the trophy and rewards but the fact that there's a Star Rank afterwards is something my OCD addled brain has a hard time letting go. Especially since I've been playing rhythm games for years.
