DFFOO [JP][Autumn Campaign MQ 1/3] Just throwing boosters at Vayne for an old mission quest

Autumn Mission Quest has returned and an old quest in early Shinryu showed up (Aranea IW). Old quest calls for old solutions, so I threw Vayne at it and added some new flavours for another experience.
Autumn Campaign Mission Quest Series part 1/3
The mission quest series requires characters with the same crystal colour. The series appears across a span of three days with a total of 9 quests. They are structured like this:
Chaos: Colour 1
Lufenia: Colour 2
Shinryu: Colour 1
The structure is the same for all days, so you don't have to worry about character lockouts for another day that has yet to come.
Ngl though, having a crystal colour centric mission on the same day as weekly crystal quest renewal is not the most fun for your entertainment, especially when you have both of your accounts working on blue crystals.
For today's quest:
Chaos | Caius LC? | Blue
Lufenia | Kursame LC | Red
Shinryu | Aranea IW | Blue
There is not much to worry about, the quests are very simple. Just use your favourite or some more dated ones to complete them.
There is only one thing to say about Aranea IW. At 30/60% FG, the bosses boost themselves with a red aura that resist getting broken, BRV dmg and all HP dmg. To cancel it, just make sure something crit them. You can even bet on someone with a lot of BRV hits getting lucky and crit once accidentally to dispel this. However, the aura cancellation is also counted separately. So you must crit both of them to get them out of that state.
Since this is an old Shinryu, the boss only has 0.5% additional FG charge. You can pick 3 FE30s and still get ahead of them.
Honestly I just threw all kinds of additional effects and follow-ups from old and new characters on Vayne to see it unfold. I just want to play with him for a bit. Vayne FR board, when? I would admit though Vayne getting a later FR board may not be a bad thing. I mean if he got it really early like CoD when FR echo just started to be a thing, he would be stuck at that rework level for years to come of C100 is not a thing anytime soon. That would possibly last till the end of FR era lol.
Off-turn included:
Vayne, Weiss, Laguna
Additional dmg boosters
Weiss (10%), Papalymo (10%), Leo LDCA
Leviathan buff on Papalymo and Weiss for BRV recovery and 20% cap increase.
Papalymo's Umbral Ice with BT effect also provides field BRV regen to further power up the launches.
Too bad I don't have Laguna FR. At least I can enjoy the explosions nonetheless. I also tried to do a FR-less race against the boss FT, but that missed the mark by around 20-30%.

How I miss using Vayne in a mission, a shame that I couldn't get his FR 😭😭

Pretty sure i dont have his fr either but he's blued and greened on my account haha used him a lot in shinryu+ era

@@bronysaiyan5236 oh I'm sure it is possible, is just that it certainly requires a lot of preparation and planning pulls wise, and I don't have the patience to do that (nor the skill to be honest)
