    I like keeping "professional distance" at work. I really view my coworkers as "chess pieces" and not as actual human beings. It's all just a "game" where everybody is out to get you. Coworkers will stab you in the back at any given moment if it financially suits them. They're just inanimate objects to me now. To me, coworkers are like pieces of furniture at the store as I casually walk on by. To me, they're like pieces of cardboard. THAT'S how I view my coworkers. Just cold, barren and lifeless objects who I barely acknowledge. It's best to isolate yourself from everyone at work and only talk to them about work-related matters. My new motto at work is now "Trust No One". Everyone is out to get you in this cold and evil, dark world. I hate co-workers.

    Im experience unfair treatment at workplace right now. It started with a guy at work claiming that I had sex with him and a 15-year-old boy (a threesome). The rumors spread beyond the workplace. It’s not true; I have never had sex with anyone who works here, and it could get me into trouble for saying that a 15-year-old boy is involved. I don’t know who started the rumors, so I contacted HR. I found out that several guys were involved in the rumors, including one who is our supervisor's favorite. He is upset with me for bringing the issue to HR, especially since he had asked for a transfer, but the supervisor didn’t want him to leave. The next thing I knew, the supervisor transferred me to a different area. I was shocked; it was unexpected because no one had spoken to me about the transfer beforehand. I believe what they are doing to me is retaliation involving sexual conduct, favoritism, and discrimination. All of these are addressed in the Core employee handbook. I tried to talk to the supervisor about it, but he is ignoring me. I'm wondering what I can do to solve this problem, and all I want is to go back to my original position. Or should I sue them for the money?

    Ive been part time salary for 20 years. I work 12 -15 hours a week. Annual income about 20,000. Since May i lost a co worker so ive been doing his work. Which has me working about 20 hours a week and also 6-7 days straight. I asked for a raise and they said they couldn't approve that and that im salary anyway. I do get extra pay for working before 9am or after 5pm. Im office manager and always on call. No relief. Now August i get a form in an email saying because i am working more hours they are switching me to hourly. The form shows my salary for a year and my hourly is 22.00. Then shows nothing but hourly pay at 22.00. They want me to sign. The interesting thing is top right of form is effective 7-6-2024. I havent responded yet. Any thoughts as to their motive? What do i lose out of this deal? Thank you for a great video 👍😁

    Do you have a video arbitration and how affects your case? You can have a good case to file a for jury trial but if you have arbitration clause it’s basically pointless.

    Economic recessions seem to raise the tolerance for workplace harassment to keep employement. The problem is neglecting harassment and simply tolerating it is... very destructive in many ways.

    I got a PIP in August 2023, but I started doing applications in July 2023 because my supervisor was acting differently. Then October 2023 she gave me another bad review. I had interviews from August to November. I turned in my resignation letter, but let November 30 be my last day working at the company. December 1 I started working at a new company

    Companies are hyper focused on sexual preference, gender and race and disabled people as always don’t get any of that dedicated focus. We are ignored and I am about to lose my job because of ADHD which I told them about and they ignore my challenges. “Just get the job done or we need to put you on probation”. They wouldn’t even think of doing this to a trans employee.

    Is what you do outside of work hours a grey area when it comes to employment law? For example, if a coworker pretends to be friends with you and you send innocuous messages to him/her on social media messenger and then they send those messages to HR, can the HR terminate you for harassment? Especially considering the fact that the recipient always has the option to block the sender on social media messenger at any time and the recipient never mentions that they are feeling uncomfortable with the conversation and/or that would want it to stop for good.

    This is amazing!👏 I have a really good employment lawyer now but I am into my fourth year of waiting for a human rights tribunal here in ontario, and I was retaliated against by being fired the very next day after asking finally person to person for help being made to do physically demanding tasks with a cast on my fractured wrist. I had asked previously in two separate meetings where other co-workers were present because I thought I may need witnesses. Turns out I will need them!     I am old enough to remember what the workplace was like before affirmative action, employers hired mostly people who had similar interests, people who could get along, had social skills, popular, experience, etc. Back in the 60s thru the 80s we never had OTJ shootings, mass murders and outcasts as co-workers! This nation needs lots of help! Boy I miss the workplaces of my youth! Also the producer of this video forgot to mention that with the advent of affirmative action, employers are forced to hire a plethora of individuals, people with absolutely nothing in common, people who don't speak english, the disabled, people who don't understand what it is they are producing on the job, people with no work ethic, etc.
