So my wife is a K9 handler at SeaTac. She went on maternity leave, but the company made her turn her K9 in, and then after promising not to issue the K9 away, they issued her K9 to another handler elsewhere. So my wife, by not having her issued K9 partner anymore (we do explosive detection), is not able to return to work. She's been in this Grey area for the last month with no work, and the company isn't communicating. Should we contact you?
what if your employer was also your landlord and after he fired you because of pregnancy he also threatened you through text with eviction because of applying for unemployment

It sounds like you might have a legal claim. I suggest talking to a lawyer in your area as soon as possible.
