2.8k views and only 84 likes? What's wrong with everyone?
and a mayor leak somewhere. He filled it up to above, when he goes in, it drained almost to the seats. lol hahahaah
Just had a bunch of small ones I had to address one at a time
Great Job Scott!! You done good!!!
Looks great......wonderful wok
Thanks!
What gears are you running? Does it feel much slower with the big tires on there?
I’m not sure whatever comes stock. No difference in speed as far as I can tell
Quel foutoir, quel bordélique ce mec !
What are the Size tires? Truck looks great

I like the content, hate the music. Please no music
I would have never cut that factory radio location. NEVER! Nice Bronco!
It was already cut for a different aftermarket radio. If it was original i would have left it alone. I just cut it bigger. Always can weld it back up
Nice job!
Thanks!
would it be better to put tarp inside ? tac it to the sides?
Some sort of liner yeah
Continúe outstanding with the bronco, thanks,,already suscribe.say hello jorge
Thanks!
🎉yes pretty nice🎉
Thanks!
I had an 89 sea nymph Great Lakes special 19 ft. It was a great boat. High free boards made you much safer on the Great Lakes than most boats of the same length. Sold it and bought a StarCraft super fisherman. Must say the sea nymph had a softer ride.
I sold it and I already miss her
Looks great
Thanks!
Great work dude
Thanks!
I stopped watching at cookies and milk ! 🏳️🌈
Good idea!!!
I get that it's a budget project but just in case anyone's watching this and is new to the boat world, this is not the right way to do a transom at all. It'll work for now, but the next owner will need to redo everything you just did. Same with the deck. And the Amazon faux teak floor stuff typically doesn't last more than a season. Better off with kiwigrip or something like that. Looks like a fun little runner though, can't wait for summer
What’s wrong with the transom. I’m definitely no pro in any manner but marine grade plywood soaked in epoxy seems like it would last 10+ years to me. I get the deck i didn’t leave a way to get access but it’s a small boat so worries are small
@@DIYSCOTT Andy over at BoatworksToday has a ton of very helpful and informative videos regarding fiberglass work, not just on the transom. It's definitely worth checking out his channel
I’m sorry, but this was done wrong in so many ways. Good luck with the cheap seat bolts and brackets in an accident.
Ejection might be a good thing if I’m getting in an accident bad enough to worry about the seat bolts
How much did rebuilding the engine cost with materials and labor?
I don’t remember exactly. I think only a couple thousand but it took forever
@@DIYSCOTT yes, this is why I asked. I had my 1963 Lincoln motor rebuilt and it took a year. They were in no hurry. That is my hesitation. I get a truck and someone ties me up like that. It was very frustrating when I went through that. I would do it all myself now. I learned that lesson. It is better to buy the tools or lease them and do it myself. Also, your welds turned out really nice. You did a solid job. I bought a welder. I have to do some work on my car. I ran out of time on my visit back to the states last time. When I get back I will complete it. Best of luck! Keep going!
What radio is that???
It’s kinda crappy but I added an amplifier and it’s better. I wanted one the same size with the CarPlay but that is from a real brand but couldn’t find any. This is what it’s called on Amazon: Single Din Touchscreen Radio Car Stereo Wireless Apple Carplay Android Auto, 6.9 Inch Car Stereo Android 2G+32G with GPS Navigation WiFi FM SWC USB Bluetooth
Thats too bad, it's still losing water
Is the front ride height stock? Or do you have some type of level on it?
2” leveling kit
Thank you, I appreciate it 🙏
How has the ride been since installation??
Splendid
I'm thinking the most efficient way is to make a tub big enough to put the barrel in the actual tub..put a divider in and then burn that wood..The heat transfer with all that surface area would heat the tub up quick I think. Might need a 2 inch metal pipe with a blower on other end to push in air to get max heat out into water..
Yup I’m liking that idea
You could also get two Jerry cans just connect em both dummy
I think they also made an identical aluminum center console for Chrysler (yes that Chrysler) in the early 1970’s. My Dad had one about 19 feet.
Very interesting!
How did this hold up? I live in Atascadero and was excited when I saw you were local
Yes sir. It held up decent but after sitting dry for a summer it started to leak. So logically I turned it into a treehouse
Now only some nice bubbles are missing. Pls let us know if this cool tub is still not leaking 😉
It’s a treehouse now…
Get you a nice pair of headphones, and the last step of your editing should be throwing those things on and mixing the audio evenly to finish it off. Made me bout jump 450 feet into the air with those sudden cuts to the full volume music in comparison to the volume of your commentary. Great vid. Would love to cut a huge square hole in my deck and build one of these into it.
Hahaha. Sorry!!! My audio does suck. Working on making it better
@@DIYSCOTT Its all good man. It was still a great video. Editing is HARD.
Cool stuff, how is it holding up today? Any problems?
I turned it into a treehouse…
Hay Scott, what about using a much bigger copper coil and engulf that coil with fire, I mean bond fire size. That should get you the results you want!!! Or, you can get one of those tankless water heaters and use that. Either way it will be epic!!!
Tankless hot water heater would be clutch
Spark seems good. Sounds like you have compression. Did you test with starter fluid?
Yeah i did and got some pops but generally it was back firing through the carb
@@DIYSCOTT hi Scott! new subscriber here.. my tipp.. regarding starting them old bikes.. check timing and the sufficient compression with gauge.
@@MartinLV. thanks for subscribing! I’m gonna do both of those thanks!
@@DIYSCOTT best of luck bud!
Hey man I’ve got almost the same boat mines a 93 sea nymph 17.5. It had a 2” thick transom. Wider splash well area that’s similar design to yours but more complicated to disassemble. This video gave me “blue prints” as to what I’ll find when I dig into mine more
Glad it might help brother! Good luck
no insulation
no way in and out
bad video
no need for flex seal, the wood will swell and seal..
flex seal over caulking, why, silicone already flexes
You made my day, thanks for your video.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Fuck yeah Scott!! My girl and I really enjoyed the vid. We’re also looking to make a hot tub. 👍🏼thx
Do it!
Underrated broski
Thanks!
rather than cut ther wood and strips the channel under them might be pushed forward,,,
Yeah the whole thing wasn’t perfectly square but I didn’t have the patience at the time to try and get it straightened out
⛰️💪😤
Bro you are having the best time of your life, I also want to have that freedom to do whatever I want regardless of anything, it is so good to see someone who inspires me !
Yes sir!
What a great investment! Wow I’m going to go buy $1700 raptor tires for my 2013 Audi A3…. Do you think they’d fit?
Nothing a lift kit can't solve...
Looks really good 👍👍 Color really matches the truck, too!
Thanks! Yeah it looks better than I even imagined
