I was always taught when starting out, dont go all out on tools. For ex start with harbor freight tools that will get the job done. If they break then buy another one since their cheap enough OR if something breaks, buy a higher quality one at that point. Not right away because what if something cheaper last you 10+ years and you saved hundreds of dollars
Must be nice to have a mom that helps. I have have a mom that needs help. With her brakes. Then a condenser then oil pan. The. Other farm equipment 😅😅😂😂
Can we get a tool box update?
This may be a dumb question but once the box is full and you’re starting your first day do you just load up the box on a truck? Then drive it to shop 😂
Yessir that’s what I did. But a fork lift makes many things easy.
@@andyspeedshop thanks man! I’m getting into auto mechanics and going to need a box soon
Is it true the SE models have fully adjustable suspension
Wish they came out with the yfz450 in this type of graphics

First-time watcher . I'm 61, I still help my 20,30, 40 year old kids and grandkids. If need or not to succeed. Where did you get your name sticker with the flag? Good Luck!
@@iglopez63D - I found a guy on Amazon that sells them. I’ll try and post the link here. a.co/d/0fmas3K0
GLAD to see the FUEL TANK AGAIN💪
Such skill!!
Well there goes my kids college fund. Nice
Looks good 👍
I have 1 i bought for 400. Original owner said loxked up. Bent valve and new timing chain. She runs but keeps getting stuck in 4th gear . When it does it bends the triangle bearing on the left side. I have been inside several times .i see no reason for this to happen. Any ideas would be appreciated. I talked to a yamaha tec. He asked why 4th gear. Lmao if i knew that answer i would not have asked him. Thanks for the videos. I enjoyed them
Need to add that it happened both times when down shifting
Im here watching bought a 07 for 400. Replaced a bent valve ,and put new seals on also replaced timing chain . She fired runs good but keeps getting stuck in 4th gear . I did find the triangle bearing all bent . Replaced that and it happened again . Does anyone have any suggestions? Only thought i have is The idol might be too high. Or clutch adjustment but why does it only happen in 4th gear.
Your mom can adopt me!
Warn out craftsman? Warranty claim?
I want to tour but I also want to get an MT07, thank you for this. You made it possible.
Your mom a real one
I'm doing the same setup on my MT07 right now. All the bars and racks make the bike look amazing and add to the futuristic look (when the bags aren't on) and of course add crash protection for the bike. I'm adding a Givi Tracer 700 upper crash bar as well.
I love the setup! I commute with it daily! Its almost a perfect bike.
@@andyspeedshop your videos and the general look of your bike really helped me hone in on how I wanted my MT07 to look. I already liked the grey and cyan, but going with the GIVI bars over the typical angular stunt cages just looks better. The curvy look works better with the kind of organic lines of this bike. Thanks all the inspiration and install videos!
I am inheriting a 92 Quadrunner LT-160. Has sat for a few years. No gas cap. Was told tranny noise when last ran but did run. Going to be a fun project since it is a free quad.
Did you have a hard time lining out the holes on the mount to the holes on the winch? mine seems to be off a bit
Does the motec street rack come with all the tubing necessary to mount it to the bike? Every one I see online just shows the rack never the tubing
Hard for me to remember as it’s been a while since I purchased all of it. I think that you may have to purchase the rack and the apparatus separately
I've been installing these today on my MT07. I really like how they curve and bend with the organic looking bike vs the hard angular crash/stunt cages. But I can't get the left side done. The kickstand bolts are insane. I can't get them out. Basically stripped one of them trying to breaker bar it out. Nothing worked!
Wouldn’t just buying a Tracer 9 GT be a lot more sensible? I mean all the $ you spent on that setup could’ve offset the difference a bit and you wouldn’t just lose it when you finally do dump the 07, which you will.
My MT07 weighs in at less than 400lbs. I can do a 450 mile day easily (and just did) and for less money than a Tracer 9GT. Keep your overweight Tracer! I’ll keep my little MT 🤙🏽 - I clocked 13,000 miles on it last year - great bike!
WOW! That is pretty cool that you can take your You Tube earnings and pay it forward to someone who might need it more. I know some of this stuff on the screen was not cheap, that Quinn master set is over $300 and the cart if not on sale is $279. Thanks for sharing this video and I hope you have success on You Tube.
Think this would fit on a 4x8 trailer?

What year lt80 is that?
1987 - first year of production
Got one like this mostly in bits. Good recon engine. Dot know where cdi unit fits. I think on frame at front somewhere but under plastics. Can you help please?
You should my John Deere if you think that is dirty lol
Way to go Mom 💯
I took my mt07 2021 from CA to Oregon and back to CA last year. My legs butt little sore but OK. This year, I am riding from Kentucky back to California. Good luck to me.
Love it had a white blue red Suzuki letters on tank fast it was a 86 also GS1150E it was stolen 2 yrs after purchase never recovered HOPE THE BURN IN 🔥 🔥🔥
Man I would love to Win a tool cart for my garage at home
How's the job going?
It’s going great! Just passed my 2nd anniversary of starting here. Dream come true!
You said you wanted this as a touring bike in the beginning of the video.Specially coming from a V Strom which has a more relaxed riding position as well as a windshield that actually works, how is this gonna work out ? Naked bike arent really popular for touring both because the riding position and the fact that above 100-110 miles the wind will become you nnumber one enemy.
I’ve clocked 10,000 miles on it. It’s the most comfortable bike I’ve owned in 13 years. I don’t “tour” on interstates. I daily commute the bike. I should do a 10,000 mile review video…but this is the perfect bike (for me anyway)
I like your tractor! I need a 2501, too…with a grapple to move 12’ logs to a bandsaw mill. nice property and toys, too! cheers from NW BC🇨🇦
She’s the best and most used tool in my arsenal!
What kind of fuel does it take? Looking to get one shortly
Just normal gasoline. No two stroke oil to mix on this one.
Win for mom!
The sockets look very impressive. I'll have to look into those!!
What are the tire specs?
I can’t remember now. I sold it some time ago. I can tell you they were Polaris ACE 570 take-offs - if I remember correctly!
Hope things turned out well at your new job. 10/10 setup BTW. 😊
First of! those are the parents who don’t stop supporting their kids even after they are grown! Blessed to be a child raised by parents like that. I get to pass down the support to my kids ❤
