Literally everything about this is American We don't spit in people's faces. We don't put glass in people's shoes. Ballet dancers would never hate Americans (I've dated one so I know all about this). Torture ballet dancers until their feet start to bleed is not a thing either. All of these are very American things

I just saw this recently and totally LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this film! It's from a first time feature film director too! His name is Darren Le Gallo! Watch this guy! He's doing amazing work! I'd love to see Schulyer Fisk in more films too. I'm going to hire her to be in my first film project for sure!
