For the folks using the Evora & N30i; isn’t the sound of air next to one’s ears worse than a hose in the front? I’m a new user and have struggled for three months with ONE night where I was able to sleep. I wasn’t given a fitting or choice of mask. Started with the P10 and then to the N20. The headgear on the N20 gives me a headache so I’m back to the P10. Both make a lot of noise for me…very light sleeper. Thanks for this video. I was sent the N30 by mistake and it wasn’t better. I’m feeling like there isn’t a mask for light sleepers!

Wow, I just realized my my machine came without a filter and I've been using it for about 5 months.

I have been using the foam mask for a few months and love it. I won’t go back to the silicone ones.

I just bought the N30. I have no leaks, and the mask is comfortable. It is very quiet. The first mask I have had that does not blow in my eyes. I have dry eyes so this is a plus. I have been on cpap 8 years and this is the first I have had complete success. I highly recommend this mask.

The only reason it "pops" is because your chamber is over filled. It says full or max for a reason. Once the water level drops below full, the popping will stop. I know this because I did it last night. 😂 Watching Dexter and not paying attention to the level. Just a little over and the popping started. Took about 30 mins to stop. Live and learn.

I’m allergic to copper. Do the coils affect the inside of the tube directly?

I am new to cpap and picked the Philips Dreamwear nasal cradle mask and have a ResMed airsense 11. Which is the proper machine mask type setting for this mask? Do I pick "pillows" or "nasal" from the machine settings menu? There is no option for nasal cradle. thanks.

In your description, you comment on the rear strap magnets accidentally attaching to themselves while putting the mask on. Possible solution: reverse the polarity of the magnets on one side of the rear strap and mask so the rear strap magnets will repel each other.

What's going on with this piece of junk when it shuts off for no apparent reason? No air leaks apparent, water tank secure, hose firmly attached both ends, nasal pillows not leaking. Also the stupid thing will randomly "pause" before I get a complete breath in, also randomly exhaling pauses. It's several years old now, time to toss the junk out and get another? Should I go back to my Airsense 10?

Is there battery backup?

Just got mine. Even on pillow setting the machine immediately stops and says air leak. The air from the machine goes right out the two front holes where the tube connects with the mask and air flow is immediately shut off. Useless

Previously using the CpAp from other brand and it has separate oxygen machine. For my new airsense 11 can i attach it to the oxygen blender too?

Im sorry i know you made the video a few years back, but just wondering would you know how to stop the machine just saying to check the fillters , iv washed the main one and replace the temerly one and turn it off and on again ,and still it pops up , any idea why , thanks

AirMini creates a VERY noisy airflow. I’ve tried multiple different setups: from the original AirMini-adjusted ResMed N10 and N20 masks with the humidifiers, as well as using an adapter for the AirMini outlet to connect with the universal tubing and N30i, Philips Respironics DreamWear. All are very noisy, especially in comparison with very quiet (with the same masks) ResMed 10 machine-created airflow. I ended up using earplugs with AirMini, which is OK-ish when using the machine for a day or two. Also, that filter cover on AirMini cracked right at the first time I tried to open it to change the filter.

In my clinical settings menu, it says " humidifier, ramp time, delay etc" , there is no option for " mode, min APAP, Auto on or off" . How can I get these options.

I’ve not been able to sleep Since I got my new machine. I have been waking up with my nose itching terribly. I pray switching to manual and turning humidity up helps. Thanks for the video

The WORSE nasal mask to use, I feel choking just because of how the nose part is, The ResMed machine always gives me high pressure with this mask because there is air leakage and my rating is low, I bought the ResMed AirFit P10 and it been wonderful and it feel much better, I can sleep much better now.

Can we get a summary of what voltages these devices need? I have a Z2 Auto which runs on 12v and 15v which is great, can use with any USB PD powerbank or 12v in car. Which others here run 20v, 15v or 12v?

Connectors don't work with my machine. They aren't they same style connection I have for my heated tube.

I've had my AirMini a few months now and have used it multiple times. Here's what has not worked for me and how I fixed it. I'm SUPER happy with what it is now. First of all I did not like the tube that came with it. Not sure why because it looks close to the one I replaced it with so it took me a while to change it but I tried the regular slimline tube. I got an adapter for it (very inexpensive) to go into the mini and use my regular headgear/mask combo. The therapy is now steady and I can even lower the pressure. With the original tube I kept having to jack up the pressure not to snore but it would get uncomfortably high and disrupted my sleep. Secondly I did not like the humidifier capsule that can be used in the mask but I do need humidification (allergies): I would wake up with a gummy feel in my mouth - very unpleasant. I can do one of two things: the simplest is the wet a washcloth (soaking wet) folded and placed it near the air intake of the mini, works super well. The other option is a mini humidifier next the intake: the water vapor does shoot up in the air but then it falls around the mini and that works perfectly to relieve dryness. Hopes this helps someone. I have found the mini very quiet, not really any different from my Airsense 11 or the previous 10 and I am horribly sensitive to noise. I'm saving money not buying the expensive humidifier capsules or the AirMini tube, just a standard slim line from the Drugstore for under $10.
