❤❤❤I walk every day or go for a very easy low impact lazy bike ride, mental health helper all the way! ❤❤❤❤(and I lost 15 lbs)

when i was 13 i weighed around 200lbs i was told i had to lose weight or i would develop type 2 diabetes. i hated exorcise and wasn't very rich so the cheaper foods wernt as healthy, once i got a job i bought my own food and the only thing i could enjoy as exorcise was walking. i ended up losing 74lbs (im 5,2). it took alot of trial and effort but anything is possible if you put your mind to it! you've got this!

I actually really do love the tennis courts. It’s just a vibe to me 😂😂
I used to walk every day, maybe 3 or 4 miles, and man, I was doing well! Then I got pregnant and I've basically been clawing my way away from further weight gain (I've put on about 30 pounds in the last couple years, and on my 5'1" frame, it SHOWS) ever since giving birth. =b I would love to get back to my daily walks, but my girl is not content to just chill in a stroller, and she's too slow to make any walks productive, ha. I wish you the absolute best in your endeavors, though!!

Make sure to have a small calorie reduction too! Not too much, just reduce by 100-200 calories per day compared to what you normally eat. It'll really help! And keep going girl you got this!!!

@lnm_nikki whenever I feel like that I revert to child’s pose I swear cramping indigestion shit is a godsend not to take away from Advil or anything else that helps you just one person go through it to another
Hey, you got out there, and that's what matters. If you feel you underperformed, just make up for it at some point when you're motivated

Fresh air and time to yourself doing something that fuels your mind and exercises your muscles will hopefully help your mental health as time goes on. You deserve to feel worthy of pushing beyond what your mind tells you you’re capable of

yes always think of the positive with exercise! anything is better than nothing, even if you think it was a bad walk or workout or too short of a walk or workout, it was still a workout and you still tried and still did your best and that’s all that matters! listening to your body is important you did exactly the right thing! keep it up! mediocre exercise is better than none! i find myself not working out sometimes because i feel like i wont be able to push myself as much as i usually do which is something no one should do, something is always better than nothing in these situations!❤️❤️‼️‼️ a lot of people say that starting weight loss, exercise journeys is super hard, like how it’s hard to stare at a giant mountain before you have to climb it! you got past the initial part you’re doing great now all you have to do is stay consistent and do your best that’s all that matters, and there’s days where it won’t be as much walking or as much clean eating (or whatever is in your plan) and that’s okay and normal and honestly good you listen to your body! sorry this is a lot i’m just proud of you and anyone who can do or just tries to do this!!!❤️

Even a shorter walk than usual is running laps around the people sitting on their couch. Kudos to you for getting out there and putting in the effort even if you're not feeling your best and listening to your body and respecting your limits. I hope you feel better, cramps are a beast ❤

Not to sound negative but how are you not able to walk whole day? I am morbidly obese have gout and my legs swole easy and I can walk whole day and I weight 210kg. Sounds like excuses.

I felt this on every level.. I have been mindlessly addicted recently also. To the point of not getting anything done. And Time just gets away from me but drags at the same time if that makes sense. I told my teenager today that I was switching up the routine and then I saw your video... I take it as my sign to Do what I said I was going to do....and keep my word. starting ....now . My little dog has been such a good boy he deserves a trip to the park. Thank you. ❤
