Starting to work out again (WALK) | getting a NEW CAMERA

I really need to start walking more to get exercise so here I am doing it hahaha.
Walking used to be in my daily routine however i have not been doing it much lately.

I have an easy thing to do for losing weight that I think will help you! I’m not trying to control your weight loss journey I’m just trying to give a tip that will help bc I went through this too 😊 try drinking a gallon of water a day. I did that for a week and lost about 4 pounds in one week! At first it makes you a little bit bloated if you drink it too quickly. But you should really try it! Maybe you could document it on CZcams for us to see too! I would appreciate that 😁! Good luck! ❤️✨
