    Honestly this challenge was hard for me because I love going on outdoor walks when it's nice out and going on the treadmill is nice but I do like to switch things up.

    You are beautiful and inspiring! I have started walking too and I have noticed my clothes fitting better. I have not told anyone that I started walking or that I am trying to lose weight. Yesterday my husband told me that I look thinner. I was so happy because someone that did not know I'm trying to lose weight noticed a change so that tells me that it is working! So excited to join you on this journey!

    I’m glad to see a young woman working on a healthier lifestyle! Good for you for beginning this walking challenge. 🌷 One thing I noticed, though. You seem to sabotage your progress with your poor diet. Added sugars make you feel sluggish, which you seem to be battling. Try cutting out the danish and the fast food. It really can help to meal prep so you don’t have to struggle with what to eat when you’re hungry. Prep your meals with tons of protein, low carbs, and no sugar. You’d be surprised at how you can really accelerate your weight loss when you fuel your body appropriately. Best wishes to you!

      Thank you. You are right! If I cut out some of the sugar and lower the carbs in my diet it would really help me.

    Try the elliptical, it’s low impact on the joints. You’re very inspiring!
