Curious to know how you keep your Bermuda from going into your neighbors yard? I am in a neighbor that is 99% TTF. I purchased this home last year and the previous owner started growing Bermuda in the lawn and now it taking over my neighbors lawn. I have always had TTF in my previous home but I am thinking about leaving the Bermuda and pushing it next year to fill in the rest of the yard. Thank you for your videos!

Man I like seeing the stripes so much I’ll mow the same pattern every time. They definitely stand out and last longer. I know you can get into grain issues, but I’m not maintaining a putting green!

so I'm new to all this fertilizing lol. new to being a homeowner at that so i put down fresh sod back in march of this year. now I'm hooked on getting my grass to stay green year long. ( i know its not feasible in this Texas heat but worth a try for a newbie) however, i wanted to get my HOC low this summer but since i laid sod late i didn't get to establish it until she May officially and by June i was still cutting at 2.5 (tifway 419). now I've worked it down to 1inch looking a little brown and light light green. I'm now cutting twice a week but still not turning green the way i want it. me not reading much into this liquid ferts. i applied my application last night and watered it in immediately. how long after i did that app and watered in can i reapply since i messed up? TIA

OK, I have a question I mow my yard every other day. It looks really good. Imagine a flat top haircut perfectly flat and then you can see a little tufts in the lawn. They’re like runners and if I pull one up it’ll easily pull out. Do you know what this is and I have Bermuda I’m in Texas.

Using these tools are ingenious! Obviously it would cost a lot of money to get all of this, but I could do some of the work without buying a riding mower and using my electric 4 wheel scooter to do the work for dragging the leveler.

I live in fort worth Texas and I still have 90% of my grass that’s still green I watered it twice a week for one hour. And I have been using Titan Ultra and seems to survive the heat.

Never cut your grass that low if you want a beautiful lawn. Always raise the deck to its tallest position. Your grass will stay nice and green and it feels better to walk on.

The problem im haveing with mine is its not cycling thru the stations i have them all set 1-4 stations to come on for 5 mins each but insteaf the same one just stays on for 20 mins
