Next I suggest thier songs Faithfully, Mother Father, Open Arms and more. You wont regret it. Steve Perry sounds amazing live he doesn't need any vocal filters or autotune garbage.

Journey had 3 albums before the release of "Infinity" and the introduction of Steve Perry. Try something from their 3rd album "Next". Don't get me wrong, Journey with Steve Perry is great but it will show you the contrast of the direction they took. Personally, I prefer the first 3 albums. I did get to see them in Toronto with SP just before the release of "Infinity", awesome show!!!

Hi Millie Mochi... That 1986 album Slippery When Wet was a blockbuster world wide hit one, took everybody by storm, highly tuned by FM Radio, even in those with R&B and Brit Pop format. In my home city, Bogota Colombia I bought that one in that same year a Vinyl copy under Mercury Records label, and it`s still in my records collection. A good album, it deserves to be listened from number one track "Let it Rock" until last one Wild in the Streets. Thanks for react to this true classic recording.

What an amazing band to listen to and see live. I was fortunate enough and blessed to see them live in late 1976 in Chicago. Ronnie's voice was incredible; booming with amazing range and clarity. Ritchie and his mates were unreal and the whole experience was a total face melt that I have not recovered from!!

Bryan Adams is 64 yrs old and still records & tours, even though he's not the superstar he once was in the 80's and 90's... I saw him live co-headline w/ Def Leppard in 2005... In fact, he's touring the UK in May/ June 2024

The introduction to this song is so cool...the organ almost sounding like your sitting down in church...than the drums...and the bass and finally the guitar ...and it sounds like a real swinging ...blues band and than Ian starts singing...just classic Deep Purple and my favorite band especially DP mark 2.

These are late 70s but I think you would like them. My 3 fave Jefferson Starship songs, Miracles, Count on Me, With Your Love. These are all Marty Balin on lead vocal. He actually started the group. Grace came later with trouble.
