China pizza. In Italy. But the Mexicans is the cook and the name is Spontini !? I’m confuse they use Chinese ingredients
Wow that's nice
Thank God it's only in milan. Chinese people get their hands on everything. Soon they are going to want to teach Neapolitans how to make pizza.È la fineee.
Ronaldo worked harder (barely) but Messi worked nearly as hard but had a bigger foundation to build from...
I dunno astro turf is pretty dangerous stuff. It ironically has too much grip. So if fall in a funny position your foot is locked in place which leaves it prone to injurty. I get your point tho. I just wish professional sports teams would be use grass. Most NFL teams still use astroturf.
its about having spikes on your shoes.
The cross bar sound is definitely next to hearing the crowd cheer after a goal.
Nice.
Wow unlucky😮
which documentary is it? there is some new one released recently and im trying to look for it. please let me know if anyone can
Actually the dude is 57. Knarly.
Nick have you ever heard of the 52 year old Japanese pro. He plays in Japan's 1st league. Just shows that there is all the time in the world to succeed.

ever had an experience like this?
Keep going Nick😊
thx!
So cool!
it was !
Thats dope bro
thx gaye
Honestly man. Pitches and training grounds hardly have that or something you can even hit a ball at. And when you (or I) find such a training ground or such a pitch. You are going to be coming there for training for a long time. PS. ...And concrete just gives it back to you the way you give it. Better than most people 😅 too!
yeah
Isn’t it also a bench/place to sit?
it is
I will never forget when a friend in high school shared this song called Bromance by Tim Bergling. The melodies in this song gave me the feels. Tim turned into Avicii and his first bbc radio 1 mix he did I was pumping every time I went to the gym (I just started going!). Levels will forever be a peak song of that teenagehood. When I later saw him live in Greece, he had a great great energy .. man. RIP Tim! Your legacy will live on.
Ronaldo training t: more power and shooting Messi training: more dribbling, passing and creating big chances( which is more effective in game)
I really felt the 'RISK' in those hand movements
😮💨 Walt was all in!
Hello mate as an fellow player that plays football is working on first touch passing and ball control daily good or should I focus more on long range I think focusing on this things could make my ball control insane
depends on what you think will add most to your game. make your weaknesses your strengths and your strengths extraordinary.
discipline.
100
What's exactly...😅 Is it enjoying pushing the mocking post, or the disciplined Cold training session?
THE DISCIPLINE -200 IN THE COLD
Are you a plant or do you actually believe he took his own life? I don't buy it for a minute!
have you watched the full documentary ?
Thank you
so welcome
That's the way to pro❤
that is what we're building!
How do you come up with this deliberate practice cycle for different player? For example, my son is 11 years old, how do I plan this challenging practice for him? They usually go to team practice. But maybe not very effective? Can you elaborate?
To make it challenging you can make it: 1. intensive (e.g. speed of play / thought) 2. time based target (e.g. complete x reps in x seconds) 3. quality target (e.g. complete 8/10 successfully) Lets say your son does a one touch passing drill against a wall. You need to strike the ball consistently in-between a 2 metre set of cones, from 1 metre out. You do this for 120 seconds with both feet at good intensity (a minimum light sweat). Limit of 5 mistakes (fumbled pass or miss the target) or your son has 10 pushups / or another punishment. Now he might start with a limit of 20 mistakes then as he gets better, go down to 15, 10, 5 to eventually.. zero! That's an example of deliberate practice. Use our app, the train effective app for more drills and ideas. Hope this helps.
Never even heard of this guy
he's the goat
Obrigado por isso
obrigado <3
Im checking in on you man. I used to watch you back in 2018. At the the time i wanted to be professional player. Injuries got thr best of me. I havent touched a ball in years. Nice to see you still at it. Youll get that big pro contract one day man.
thanks bro appreciate the check in! kick a ball again, football should be fun first and foremost! don't miss out on its joy.
Thank you so much
you're really welcome jade
I think Tims mentaly problems was from Autism. He did not like a lot of people and he was very anxious before he was going up on stage. He had to drink alcohol before every gig. And then he got Pancreatitis. Its a dancerous illness and he got it two or three times. Making music was his thing and biggest interest. Its common when you have Autism.
interesting pov
this help thx how to train alone as a striker
Wow, please what tunnel is that?
its a secret
The problem is you burn out like that. It’s an obsessive personality. It’s great for success. Not so great for self care and being kind to yourself. People like this are always their own worst critics and have impossible standards for themselves.
Exactly. I'm a perfectionist too, but I've learned that if you focus all your energy on one thing and don't take care of yourself, it's only a matter of time before you inevitably self-destruct. Your own wellbeing should always come first.
i swear nyc is just a big playground 😂 the stuff i've see when i'm there lol
