Number one cause of oil leaks on the 6.7 short the ones that had the upper oil pan leak’s because the factory did not properly seal them is the ccv filter not being serviced properly! Once it gets full it causes pressure inside the motor and the oil will find weak points and start leaking! If you properly maintain the ccv it makes all the difference when it comes to oil leaks in the 6.7!

the battery next to the intercooler should be relocated to the bed and then u can make a much larger i/c there.

I currently have a s&b and want your piping kit and your filter but was curious if the s&b filter filts your kit the filter itself on your intake tube without the insert just wanted to know if i was going to have to toss out the filter i have or if i can have it as a back up filter to swap out while i oil and clean the other one

Since the fitting are push lock style , how can i fix stock hose on it? Thats mean i wont be able to remove the hoae any more , for maintinance purpose!!!!

I was very new to SPE and ordered this product. After I had placed the order I was under the impression I had to make cuts to the factory system. I immediately tried to get ahold of someone from SPE to verify but could never get ahold of support. (Try for yourself you can not) I canceled the order due to lack of customer service support, They shipped the product regardless. You cant get anyone on the phone over there however Amy did email. The email was less than graceful and very unperfessional. She accepted to return the product as a one time coutesry less shipping and restock fee, But yet then charged me for shipping and restocking. I have it in a email thate she stated she would not. I am currently fighting with my Credit card company for accountabiltiy. This is not a good company and terrible to deal with. I dont know enough about there product to recommend or say stay away but I will say if you need help or tech support, you are screwed , better products out there for the money friends.

I read a concern for the filter bypass valve. Cat has the bypass in the mount, Ford has bypass in the filter… both focused more towards cold engine & oil, not dirty oil. Is there a concern for colder climate, cold engine starts if lacking a bypass valve.

Just bought this kit. Great quality and easy install. I wanted to have a spare belt, just in case. What's the type and model number for the belt? Just installed your Death Stalker compound turbo kit. Finishing up installation this week. can't wait to hit it. Chance has been a great help through the process.

He says "some trucks, the power steering hose at the bottom here, will need to be zip tied down a little bit. Because it rubs just tiny bit on the power steering hose." That is not the case with my 2014. There is no way to keep the hose from riding against the intercooler. I removed the power steering hose, there is just under a half inch between the fitting on the power steering pump and the intercooler. We will see how long it takes to rub through the hose... For $2600 I expected a better fit. Maybe should have saved some money and went with a Mishimoto.

Had this on my 2019 and it just failed going down the highway and wouldn’t secure back on the filter.

For all my 2017, 2018, 2020 Ford F-450 Limited I have used SPE Products and just love the durability and reliability of them! Now all that said looking at doing it again with my 2024 F-450 Limited which is finally being built in April 29th 2024 after I placed the order back in June 2023 which I am so excited! Now shopping for all aftermarket parts to slap on in a few months when it gets delivered! Focused on engine component upgrades first and SPE is one of the first to go in especially getting that CCV out! That is a pain to remove and install as that compartment is cramped. Now I hope SPE you have the hot/cold side intercooler hoses for the 2023-2024 F-Series models soon!

With this pan and y’all’s cat filter conversion what would my capacity be with the short cat filter you sell?

Suppose you want to keep the up top filter? And just eliminate your T- fitting for the up top filter in you kit,and keep the rest of the filtration system and installed it as normal.
