Thanks for watching, and the input. We have found that using a paper towel is very effective, not only for safety and flipping to reduce handling but for cleaning. We have used this method of cleaning chrome cards for about 2 years and generally get about 65-70% gems at Psa and Beckett. I do appreciate your perspective, and glad you took the time to watch. Clubbin! Thanks for your loyalty. You’re the best! IMO, this will be a big boon for psa. Imagine them offering $10 or something like this to review your SGC slabs; MASSIVE! Then cross those that qualify to PSA. I imagine 50% would cross, as a ballpark figure, to make sure it’s attractive to SGC slab holders, “leniency” certainly. Sean:). Super glad you enjoyed the honest dialogue. I loved how Wyatt discussed “fomo” and his losses, because that’s real. Not everything or everyone is going to the moon, no Matter how we feel about it all. Their is certainly a pattern to a lot of what happens in sports cards, baseball is our wheelhouse specifically but if you can keep your emotions is check, which I’ve personally paid a heavy heavy price to learn, you can observe the patterns of baseball and make money. Brent :). Thanks for watching my friend and again welcome back from Vacay. Those were some great pics. Yes. Obviously many have had similar experiences, and it stinks. We had 2 orders come back in April, from PSA of about 110 cards, a grand total of 9 gems. Some, I just took the hit on, the rest, cracked out. Thankfully grading is “cheap” so a second opinion is very realistic. If you crack em, let me know how it goes. It’s fascinating. Grading is a subjective thing, but 7’s that nearly gem, has nothing to do with subjectivity in my opinion. Appreciate you my friend. Happy Saturday!

I will say, I don’t have a “problem”, in fact, sales at CCL are more than 3x over last year - we have an episode In editing that showcases this and we are certainly making money in the hobby. All those names you mentioned are names I’m glad you feel work for you, and your strategy. I think their are many ways to make money in the hobby. But quite frankly, I’ve heard the same argument for YEARS about the Elly’s of the world, and I’ll reference Jrod and Bobby Witt JR as players I’ve been on record as saying they have nowhere to go but down. I can’t thank you enough for sharing your side and how you see the hobby and I tend to agree that the hobby still has legs as it relates to baseball, but in some pockets, outside of your personal view of things, many many cards and players values have been crushed and I’m encouraging viewers of the show to stay the course, and buy sensible cards like Crosby, Kane (Hockey) Bregman, Trout, etc at highly discounted prices. Collectibles have cycles like many things and if your goal is to make money in sports cards, Art etc, then buying these sorts of things become out of favor, has advantages over time :). As for investing in sports cards for a ROI and more I believe that it is speculative and possibly dangerous for the less affluent. Art and collectible coins and real estate are usually the purview and currency of the wealthy. Doesn't mean we can't give it a try but we have a lot more to lose if we bet big and are wrong. Timing any market is a fool's game. Still, I'm only 1 simple man with an opinion . I'd rather bet small 10 tens and be wrong than bet huge once and be wrong. I have no fall back. Anyway, like I said, I enjoy your content and look foward to it. It ALWAYS gives me something to ponder. Thank you

Yes, Democrats are the reason the baseball card market is crashing. Spending $250 on an Alex Bregman Bowman Chrome Auto is a you problem. Not a Democrat. CCL, liking this comment and replying in the nature you did is making me walk away. I'm not a Republican and I'm no longer a Democrat, but blaming only one or giving praise to those that do is idiocy.
