I like that Pineda pick up too. I like the cheap 1st Chrome Auto cards especially the young guys.
James:) welcome back! I like the Pineda-maybe more than I should lol -, and cards of this nature at this price point, cause as I said, they’re a lottery ticket, makes it fun. What bothers me, is guys like this costing 5x or more with no real success to speak of.

Vargas is interesting to me as he’s cheap, and maybe 1/2 of his pre debut cost, but got no real shot with the dodgers. Much like my boy Eguy Rosario and the Pads. All of whom are far from “old”

Bichette way undervalued I think.
I felt he was a year ago, and still fully think so. Have no trouble buying more as his cards fall. So talented.

Shag:). After taking some time to think about it, and this is a GREAT question. First off, I think at Times, I can struggle with budgeting as I grow out CCL - it’s been such a great ride. That said. If I’m buying wax as I do. Then I pull back on buying slabs, especially mid tier, say over $700, as you saw in the episode, nothing was over that. I’ll buy more raw and grade to keep things moving, as slabs are generally a longer hold. This way I can divert more of my cash from operations to Wax.

Is that a good price? I really have no reference for football cards, I imagine they’re numbered, or autos or both.
I will say Josh Allen is an amazing QB and has brought the Bills back from say, 15 years of relative obscurity. Imagine they have a nice run in the playoffs again.
