I had to laugh when you said that some of your family members got spooked with you out there... it wouldn't be serial killers I'd be worried about, though; you're out there in prime alien abduction country! 😉
Oh my goodness that is the funniest thing I have ever heard haha Thanks for your continued support of the channel
You're a good man Chris. Having a "city" job and all that comes with a working cattle operation. From a guy that also rode life pretty hard and required bypass surgery out of nowhere 2 weeks ago. See your doc regularly, maybe a heart specialist once a year. That's some of that old man advice I know I ignored for years - just throwing it out there.
I do my blood work every year good so far Thanks for the comment
Omg super long winded. Can you just tell us your honest review of the SADDLE
Gorgeous, gorgeous country. I love the crick - the closest sort of thing we've got around here is a roadside ditch, or maybe a canal, but those are full of water moccasins and cottonmouths and gators. Also I like your hat.
Thanks for the compliment about the hat Where are you located I used to live in Arkansas lots of snakes there Thanks for watching
@@10CowRanch-gn1iy The southeast; swamp country. 😂 Suburban swamp country, more's the pity. Has never really bothered me any but watching all y'all on CZcams living out in Utah and Nevada and Wyoming is starting to make me feel a little claustrophobic.
@@Brievel I do love the wide open spaces. I do love Florida too
@@10CowRanch-gn1iy You have family there?
@@Brievel no I have been there on vacation. I have a friend who just moved there. I am planning on going to visit him this summer
My late father did that one night he baled straw wheat straw all through the night and he ended up with nearly 400 bales of 4ft wheat straw he had a deutz fahr gp 230 baler and what a bloody great baler she was but he sold out in 1998 and bought a 50 acre farm in West woodburn and sold it in 2012 and he died 8 years later in October 2020 i miss him terribly terribly much as we both had a friendly rivalry as he hated the sheep and I hated the cattle i used to do most of the sheep work as he was more to the cattle side of the farm mate
I sorry to hear about your dad I wished I had that relationship with my Dad. He just died a few weeks ago. We didn't have a great relationship he was married and divorced 7 times. Wow he was a challenge Thanks for watching
You should do a video on your other channel with your wife, showing her how to shoot so the serial killers don’t get her while you are out bailing hay all night during a full moon! lol BTW…. We got 20” of rain here last week.
That Is true. She does know how to shoot I get her on the range about once a year if I am lucky. haha 20" of rain holy smokes You need a boat haha.
I agree with you! I’m to old!👍🏽😊❤️🇺🇸
I used to could do this all the time Not now haha
I say I'm too old for this every day 🤣
Heck you are still young Enjoy it while it lasts
@@10CowRanch-gn1iy 🤣🤣🤣
I very much enjoyed the branding video. How did the WOKE blokes gain control of all of the media? Maybe we'll get lucky and Elon Musk will buy CZcams. Keep up the good work.
How lite is your saddle I’m 60 and I got two 16 hh Hancock bred geldings and I’m having alot of trouble with my handmade saddles cause they’re heavy I need to do something 😊
The Wade saddles are quite heavy I think the Corriente ranch cutters are a little lighter Keep riding you have a lot of years left My Dad was still riding at 75 hang in there
Beautiful country, I've been "out of pocket" for a week. Had a quadruple bypass heart surgery What a journey. Another nice video.
Good luck with your recovery Brad. I am not sure what is going on with my channel but I am not get any notifications Thanks for watching
Absolutely beautiful country! 👍🏽😀❤️🇺🇸
Yes I am lucky to have a place like this to ride
We have lots of windmills in our area. They popped up like dandelions. Speaking of floods, nearly every town here in NW Iowa is flooding right now. Several of our rivers are at or near record flood stage.
The windmills are crazy there
The electric grid upgrades are taking place all over the Country. I've spoken with electric engineers, who all agree that the system is outdated. The push for electric vehicles has brought about serious concerns about the electric grid failure. The choice coming down to charge the car or run the air conditioner! Thank you for sharing your videos.
Thanks for watching You are correct about the grid
Heck yeah! Nothing like a Great day on a Horse
I agree Thanks for watching
We're in the same boat in southern Nevada! It's all hands on deck during hay season.
I constantly admire how handy all the ranching guys I watch are!
I'm afraid I don't much about bits, but I do have an off-topic question: do you get any of the revenue from ads on your videos? If you do I'll let them run, but otherwise I'm skipping.
4440 is a great tractor! I totally understand what you mean by getting more patient as you get older. As a young man, I didn’t have much patience. Now that I’m getting older, patience is the only way I get anything done.
Better late than never! 👍🏽😀❤️🇺🇸
Flint must have been a special horse.
Buy a Gallon of fluid film and spray it on the blades way better than wd40
Yahoo John Deere
Dotty looks so nice!
You should do a collection of your father’s stuff and put together a ride using a bunch of his tack. I have a very few items that belonged to my father but every time I handle them, it brings back a memory. My buddy rebuilt his dad’s 450 international tractor and uses it for baking hay.
thanks for sharing your knowledge on this!
👍👍
Hello from Texarkana AR
Greetings from the other side of the hill! Sorry about all the stuff you are going through. Hang in there and we really enjoy your videos so hopefully you can ride through the rough times and come out the other side better for it😊

I'm so glad you're back! I'm sorry life has been throwing a lot at you, but I'm glad you havent decided to scrap the channel!
Thank you
Good to see you Chris. Been wondering if YT got the best of you, and hoping not. Thanks for the ride.
Thanks Brad
I agree about the stirrups. I put swivel stirrups on my saddle. I didn't have much choice because my knees don't have any cartilage left. I'm sorry to hear CZcams can't seem to support your videos.
Thanks for the comment. I am not sure what is going on with CZcams. I will just keep plugging away Hope things with get better Thanks for your support
Great day for a ride!👍🏽😀❤️🇺🇸
Thanks for watching Jeffery
Good Morning from a middle Georgia resident visiting wife’s family in Michigan! Happy Father’s Day to you. My condolences to you about your dad. I didn’t know. Beautiful country you’re in. I’ve never been to Utah. I have spent some time in northern Colorado, Montana and Wyoming. Those wide open spaces are magnificent
Thank you for the kind words. The big open spaces of the west are hard to beat for sure. Thanks for watching
Good video and thanks for the update. That’s a nice saddle. Sometimes you just have to ride a saddle for awhile and get it adjusted to suit you.
@@boydsteenblock1328 There is a break in for sure on a new saddle;. I roped some calves on Friday and the bigger horn is a benefit for sure. Thanks for your great support Boyd
I first would like to say my condolences 💐 for the loss of your father. I aspire to be blessed with a retirement life just like you have accomplished . Return to my ranching roots here in Tucson Arizona. Please don’t take no 💩continue to be you. Your content is much appreciated God bless you in life journey.
This was such a fun video, I'm so glad to have finally gotten a chance to watch!
Gorgeous saddle, really beautiful. Life has been, erm, throwing me some curveballs of late, and I haven't had a chance to watch CZcams at all. But every time you out Luthi or any of the other guys I watch publishes a video I put it in my watch later so I can come back to it when I get a chance to breathe.
I really like the brass ! 👍
Love my Corriente saddles .. keep making them if possible
Are those aspens that were up against the gate?
yes
Great family time!👍🏽😀❤️🇺🇸
We did have a good day on the mountain Thanks for your support
Nice saddle. They make those saddles 10 minutes from my house. How did the slick for ride? Good video by the way.
How Heavy is it
Just found your channel. Like it. We love our Corriente saddles
Why Y.T.or anyone would be upset because this?.well..just in case i will dislike the video...
Nothing "corriente " in that saddle...
Those deep monel style stirrups are the bees knees for all day riding once you get them turned. If you don't turn them the weight of them will give you bum knees real quick. I love mine so much I have them on both of my riding saddles (I have one narrow saddle for riding high withered narrow thoroughbreds and one wider working saddle for my quarter horses). I have a pile of saddles that I have ordered or acquired through trade, or inherited or what have you. I've got one I had custom made for me that cost me over 5K and it is WAY too big for me but the custom maker swore up and down I needed his 17.5" seat so I went with what he said even though normally I ride a 16" and in some saddles a 15.5" (I'm 6' even and weigh 190lbs on a good day) and I feel like a pea in a tin can in that saddle because it is WAY too big just like I thought it would be. It sits on on my saddle rack, darn near brand spanking new and never gets used :( Glad to hear these guys worked with you and actually listened (unlike my custom maker) and you ended up with a saddle that fits you and you are happy with. Not sure why youtube put this in my suggestions this morning but I am glad they did.
Excellent !
Great info. Thank You
