A Guided Tour of the City of London - 1.5 Hours of Fascinating Sights, History, Stories and more.
Join me on a sunny April day in London, for a 90 minute guided walk through the streets of the City, the historic heart of London which is not quite the same as Greater London.
The City is a roughly 1 square mile separate administrative district from Greater London, containing the remains of 2000 years of history, from the ancient Roman town walls of Londinium, up to the most modern-looking glass skyscrapers.
Of course we can't see everything in just 90 minutes, so this is just a selection of sights, but I aim to post more vids in the future.
-Ignore me saying it's a 2 hour walk at the start, it turned out 90mins in the end :)

Thank you for this! I love London and am always learning about it. The 1960s picture of the ship...my dad worked on the Thames for awhile in the Merchant Navy. I'm sure he'd have you all believe that he was the very last sailor to have worked the Thames in 1960 (legend in his own mind) but by 1960 he was working Pacific Northwest where he met my mother. So the 1960s picture is basically what he would have seen the last time in the late 50s.

The City of London is my favourite walk when I'm there, too. This is a beautiful video. I'm bringing my 10yr old niece there in September. We're going to go the opposite direction because I love pausing on London Bridge to see the place where...if it didn't exist, there's a possibility London wouldn't. I want her to see the amphitheatre and Mithraem because you're always on borrowed time with a kid before they say that it's a sucky tour and she wants to go to M&M World. She also wants to climb the monument so we'll start at the London Bridge end. Hopefully we'll make it to St Paul's though.

THEY HAVE NO WRITING ON THEM AND NO INTENSE DETAIL BUT... at 55:48 he sohws a close up a Shatti and it is super detailed and intricate - ANOTHER FLAT OUT MISTAKE AND FRAUD ! NO DOUBT ABOUT IT .

53:28 a BED ? No, the people around it are TOO TALL FOR THAT TO BE A BED. It is also to high up to mount on to sleep, also it is too hard, and it is not flat but curved surface, another big fat lie the egyptologists told this poor guy in the video.

52:32 funny how "the power of the cobra!!!" is emphasized again and again and again but NO MENTION OF THE WADDLING DUCKS OR GEESE - THE FLYING DUCKS, AND THE WEIRD FLOWERS? OR THIN STEMMED PLANTS WITH THE FLUME TOPS ... They love to QUACK about lions snakes and scarab beetles... they ignore the hunting dogs and the antlered ibex? and the duck like birds - lets not foget the bulls so they had a sort of cattle too. Also we never get how the gold was SMELTED -ALL THAT GOLD AND ALL THEY DO IS OOH AND AHH AND NEVER DO THEY POINT OUT HOW THE SMELTING FURNACES WERE RUN IN FACT THEY PRETEND TO US IT WAS ALL SAND AND NEVER MENTION VEGETATION EXCEPT "reeds of the nile". Who can tell us what the egyptians ate because in the hundreds of videos we have all seen, surely they mentioned it a lot ? NO THEY DID NOT !

44:00 First it is claimed by miracle the 4 headed canopic is carved from a single piece of alabaster... the oohs and ahhs and wonderment is paused upon for effect, but by 55:00 we see it is not one piece, "inside the heads are four canopic jars". AHH... SO IT IS NOT ONE PIECE OF ALABASTER IT IS AT LEAST 5

44:15 the herioglyphs are "redone" or added. And then we have of course a perfect glass cylinder at 44:34 - NOT FROM EGYPT TIMES FELLAS. all this stuff is reworked, just better made to look clones of what was fgound or fairy tale inventions made by modern artists - they just add whatever they deem necessary to the originals to make them "VERY PRESENTABLE !" - or in tiny print no one reads it says "recreation, artists conception".

If you look at earlier 1900's pictures of US persons from civilians to the military they most all have the funny lower stomach area sticking out, so obviously it was the particular diet of the population that caused it.

33:00 "you can see the sun and the moon here" one orange one yellow - NOT CONVINCED - another fairy tale they made up of course . then the "barge of life" so called, he claims sun and moon up top again but they are identical except for a single shading on the two 6 partitioned "holders", so it's not the sun and the moon, THAT IS ANOTHER FAIRY TALE. Currently from that region the sun is the "U" sliver above the misnamed "sun and moon". The tale concocters are very ignorant, very bored, or very compromised, I suspect ALL THREE. Do not buy the BS fed to us almost constantly. LOOK WITH YOUR OWN EYES AND USE YOUR OWN MIND TO SEE THE LIES.

24:44 PHOTOSHOPPED. It just jumped out at me how it was "floating" then notice the room to the right back wall is very minimal, while the forward left area is much wider - the photoshopper misplaced that innermost sarcophagus . I'd love to have time to study a lot of this to expose all the lies and determine things much closer to the truth. It's as bad as politics and politicians.

Thank goodness you're calling them Heiroglyphs. I watched something the other day of a museum tour with the actual curator of the collections, and he kept saying Heiroglyphics. I thought the curator of collections of tuts burial treasures would know that the glyphs on the items aren't called heiroglyphics, but Heiroglyphs. I told him heiroglyphics is an adjective and its the name of the language of heiroglyphs. According to Dr. Bob Brier and every egyptologist.

But you carefully linger on Tut and his treasures, and it inspires contemplation and wonder. Thank you.
