I post recordings of TV DX, old and new, and some AM/FM recordings too. I also collaborate with other DXers.
There are also local bandscan videos throughout Florida, and also from interstate road trips. Rather than wait for the stations to come to me, I go to them!

What would've been interesting is if you ever managed to catch some Denver area stations from Florida but that might be quite a feat even for your setup though Also Shannon Ogden now works at ABC affiliate KMGH 7 here in Denver
2:47 anyone have any idea of which broadcasting company did these TV bulletin board things? found an off air recording of one out in Chico, California, USA at the tail end of someone's copy-over of The Beatles movie "Help!" and was curious about more details on it
KEFM-LP 6 out of Sacramento was actually a repeater for KNNN-LP 6 out of Redding, about 3 hours north if you were to take 99 straight up. KNNN-LP 6 had plans to find a legitimate frequency but had their FCC license revoked in 2022 due to not having used it for 12 months since the mandated shutdown of those stations. i lived in Chico from 2019-2022, used to drive up to Redding to buy my recreational herb because the taxes were lower up there vs in Sacramento. i live with my partner and we'd have to drive down into the Mojave desert when we were to visit the ol in-laws, and i remember pre-covid we'd have a really hard time using our bluetooth fm transmitter (which usually sits comfortably on 87.7 at this point, but previously bounced between 85.5-87.7) in our car on LARGE chunks of 99. once we hit 58 in Bakersfield it wasn't an issue but also we were more or less in the Tehachapi mountains so we couldn't really get a signal regardless after a certain point. in hindsight i do remember having a much easier time with the fm transmitter driving up to Redding after 2021 and up until we moved
also hilariously moved to New Hampshire after that. after the fcc forced the shut-off of that analog Littleton repeater they had their license revoked too, though with reported documentation that WMUR had been actively making an effort to switch it over to digital. that disconnected a comedically large portion of New Hampshire from what is more or less the state's only news station. i presume they're either getting Vermont or possibly Portland, ME's markets now. though most of the south part of the state gets Boston's local news stations too.

I did a DXpedition to Outer Banks in 2021. It was amazing. Despite some severe noise on MW from bad electrical connections near the house we were staying on (right on the water) I was able to take an SDR and a portable W6LVP loop down to a quiet spot on the water and record sunrise and sunset of the entire band. I am still going through the sunset recordings in 2024 but the sunrise was PACKED with DX up and down the seaboard all the way up to Maine and down to Miami. Absolutely fantastic stuff! Hoping the Sunset recordings will produce some trans-atlantic receptions. 73!

As someone who lives in the Charlotte area, I can tell you WJZY is now known as just Fox Charlotte, with the news part known as Queen City News. (This has been true since 2022, I believe) Also, there is still no 46-2 (as of June 2024). I haven't gotten any Greenville TV stations but I have gotten some radio stations from there. (You can read about the stations on Wikipedia.)
