6:37 "Gotta love yagi antennas." Makes me wish I had my FM6 fully installed, lol. Great catches! I did catch quite a lot of range for June 12th myself, actually. Even though most of my catches were to the East and Northeast with stations in Ohio, Virginia (West Virginia as well), and North Carolina, there were stations up North as well, with stations in Toronto, South Dakota, and Minnesota. 100+ logs in total (counting the tropo that occurred the night before)! '73!
Today June 20 in Vacaville California got FM skip from Texas around 6PM very rare out in Northern California. Using Grundig Edition Field BT and also on Sparc shd-tx2 radio nice to hear skip out here in Northern California got to be lucky when fm skip happens
Nice catches. I heard KOSU and stations from Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Yucatan, Quintiana Roo, Cuba, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia, DC, Mississippi, Chihuahua, Texas, Ontario, Manitoba, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, Louisiana. I had WYEP Pittsburgh, WYSO Yellow Springs, Ohio, WGRC Lewisburg, Pennsylvania each over my local KUAF Fayetteville, Arkansas on 91.3
Yes just last year Spain and the UK were heard in Newfoundland and Nova Scotia and The Azores islands were heard in Cape Cod MA the same stations plus a French one was heard again this year .

Nice catches. I’m from South Carolina and got stations out of Colorado that day. Also picked up a 250-watt translator from Texas.
Good to see some new FM DX stuff from your new home.
A neat little piece of trivia, CHOM is pronounced as if it is a French word "SHOHM", because it is based out of Montreal. :)

It's awesome that you got in on the action as well! June 12th was a huge opportunity all the way around.

A reminder that radio is still cool. in 2022.
What kind of radio are you using good fm dx

Much harder. The signal would have to bounce twice for that to happen.
