New HYUNDAI IONIQ 7
The Ioniq 7 will be based on the well-known E-GMP platform and will be a sister model of the Kia EV9 and the upcoming Genesis GV90, although not much is known about the latter yet. The Ioniq 7 will probably be presented soon - either in 2023 or early 2024. It will be launched on the market in 2024, as Hyundai has already officially confirmed. Since the study allegedly had a wheelbase of 3.20 meters, while the Kia EV9 only has a wheelbase of 3.10 meters, it is assumed that the Hyundai newcomer will be longer than the 5.01 meter long EV9. And while the EV9 has a battery capacity of 100 kWh and a range of 541 km, the Ioniq 7 is said to store more energy thanks to improved energy density and can manage up to 640 km on one charge, according to the KCB.
