Renault GRAND KOLEOS 2024

After much speculation regarding its future, the Renault Koleos finally presented its third generation to the world. Conceived in France in alliance with the Chinese manufacturer Geely, and manufactured in South Korea, this truck will be positioned as the brand's flagship in markets outside Europe. Among them Latin America and of course Colombia, where the model has a lot of history. Koleos was the first SUV of the French brand. Its first edition was born in 2006 as a prototype and reached production in 2008, when it came to Colombia as Renault's first 4×4 truck. The current model was born in 2016 and arrived in our country in March 2017, remaining valid in Europe until 2022 and in Korea and Latin America for a while longer. Thus, the new model was revealed at the Busan Motor Show, in Korea of the South, a product of the joint project “Aurora 1” carried out by Renault and Geely. The evolution is so radical that it is now called Grand Koleos, seeking to highlight that it is larger, more spacious and more luxurious than its predecessor, and that it is the highest-end model within the brand.
