Turns out that disabled persons cannot be denied access to Public Property or Private Property that is accessible by the general Public, except to those areas that are designated as "Federal Wildlife" Areas or Preserves. {tl;dr. Legally, Nick can ride his EUC in any State Park but I'm not so sure about George. Let me explain. Some of the following sentences are difficult to read, mostly because the information density surrounding issues of PEV access and legality are tortured logic at best. The following is a brief explanation of how to legally ride an EUC almost anywhere the Public is admitted including businesses, parks and roadways. Bitch!} According to the 'Americans with Disabilities Act' (2010 revision), there are dozens of conditions that qualify one to have the "right" to accessibility that equal to any other member of the Public, whether citizen or not. Even though your disability may be transient (like arthritis, pain or mental impairment), you may qualify as worthy of reasonable accommodation too. As long as your disability is not deemed "temporary" (like the flu, or drug addiction- oddly enough). By virtue of having a Medicare Card (or official disability status) at least 13.9% of the US population (official current statistic) automatically qualify to ride their choice vehicle, defined as an OPDMD: Other Personal Mobility-Aid Devices. An OPDMD rider can legally go almost anywhere that they desire that is generally accessible to the community, so long as that vehicle doesn't present a known or measurable hazard to pedestrians (indoors or outside). {For all the Karens out there, this isn't about subjective assessments, or projection of fear psychosis, it's simply about not being an asshole to your neighbors- disabled or not.} So, I may not be able to ride my EUC willfully through a crowded Costco, I can certainly use my OPDMD as a handicapped assistance-device (aka, a cane) and thereby denying my access would be illegal. For example, Commercial Airlines have been trying to exclude PEV-based transportation devices based on the "objective risks" of battery fires but this will eventually be deemed unlawful as designs have significantly improved since a few generations of battery technology has passed. Denial of access to transport our devices as luggage will eventually be overturned in the Courts (if we had a legitimate Judiciary.} Oddly enough, this applies to ALL personal transport vehicles, whether is was designed as a disabled mobility assistance device or not! I'd suggest consulting with several local ADA attorneys; 1st hour free consult, then put them on a $1 retainer so that you can immediately contact your lawyer while any unlawful detention is in process. The ADA is not to be fucked with by any supposed authority that believes that they are above the law, and any resulting legal fees may be negotiated to be a percentage of any future settlements that that attorney wins (on your behalf) in a Court of Law. {If I ever do this, I'll share the info.} Lastly (for now), State Parks, beaches, County trails, sidewalks, bridges and tunnels may also not impede access to those with disabilities unless the General public is also restricted from access (i.e. bomb ranges, airport grounds, military bases, etc). This includes ebikes, hoverboards, rollerblades, skateboards... and every vehicle personal vehicle type imaginable that doesn't violate pedestrian safety, whether indoors or not. {So NO, you may not ride your 2-stroke dirt-bike in Costco but your ebike or EUC is fine as long as it is under a reasonable amount control and operated by a disabled individual.} 'I fight fascists because they are fascists.' -Chris Hedges {and all Cops are fascists, as are most Politicians and Park Rangers too, imho.}

1000% agree with fast charging but I'd call it a big NO to proprietary connectors. We dont need charging incompatiblitie as witnessed with eV charge station nightmares. BTW just a thought but its not that difficult to do a split GX20 connectors to use both charge ports offa single fast charger. That said the GTpro+ isnt my cuppa but I am interested in what BG does with its new Blitz as light is might 🤘

I'm so glad I'm not alone in thinking this. I think I probably stripped out at least four or five of those screws. Food for thought... I completely agree with you that those screws are absolutely terrible and there's 15 bazillion of them - but on LK wheels, the threads themselves on the wheel get stripped out super easy, which is arguably a dramatically worse scenario, because at least hardware is easily replaceable. Not to excuse either one, of course 🙂 I got very intimately familiar with a screw extraction kit in the course of doing surgery on my demo ET Max 😢

I wish they use Robertson type bolts (I've only seen them in screw form, but I'm sure they exist).

i got 64miles on my v14 50S with average speed of around 12mph was cruising at 20mph and below 15% i was still able to go 19mph before it started to beep. that below 15% was a much improvement over the v11. Also my wheel as well only charge to 133v

There goes the myth that high V = more efficient. That said, what you got goes to what I think 3k wh will do, more or less depending on rider weight, terrain & weather conditions. Good is the ET Max will charge at 18-20amps so a high A fast charger should solve range issues. Provided there are charge stops ofcos. Being of ave size/weight, I still think the Max & GT pro are for big bois whilst smaller peeps are better off with something like the Lynx

Its a "Safety" feature, that it will not charge to full voltage. Roger EUC teported about this months ago. The company says its for your safety. Roger has bypassed this safety feature, sometimes... Marty has stopped trying to get his to fully charge.
