Amber, ahhh, i love your content but as an israeli i feel like it is my duty to speak up against this false narrative you are speaking of. there is no genocide happening to the people of Gaza right now, yes the gazans are suffering now bc on oct 7th hamas entered israel and k*lled a bunch of israelis (jews/muslims/...) in gruesome ways, and the idf has been responding to this attack, but the idf has made it clear that their intentions are to rid the gazan/israeli people of hamas (not the gazans) and to return our (and american) hostages home. its insane to say that there is an intentional genocide happening now in gaza since the idf literally does all they can to limit the gazan deaths while hamas actually prevents their civillians from reaching safety and literally bombs towards israel indiscriminately. its great of you to share links that support aid going into gaza to help the innocent people of gaza (believe it or not Israel sends aid into gaza on a daily basis with this intention too), but the framing of your plea is wrong, damaging, and just hurtful. i dont even know where to start to tell you how false this all is, but maybe start with the fact that the UN just quietly redacted their death toll numbers from Gaza. they are now reporting that the women and children death tolls are half the amount hamas/ the gazan health administrations have reported. its sad bc the world just accepts these false numbers/narratives as truth bc it "makes sense to people". white people = are bad, colored people = are good. now i dont want to assume that you accept these false narratives, but in case you/anyone does, i should state that 1. jews are indigenous to these lands, whether you believe it religously or not we have 1000s of archaelogical findings that back this up, jews were then exiled from these lands (though some have actually continued to live here since), 2. jews are not white colonizers, some of us look more white now bc after being exiled some went north, others south, others east, and then intermarried within those areas (and you cant be a colonizer of a land that you come from). 3. israel is made up of 20% arab people, i am in college now and i have classes with arab students, our hospitals are all mixed, our army is mixed, everything is basically mixed (so theres no apartheid/2nd class stuff here). yes arabs who live in the west bank/gaza are not a part of israel- but thats bc they dont want to be (!), they very clearly stated that thats their land and this is ours- and israelis are 100% not allowed to go into those zones (or we'd prob be lynched/shot at, which happens). i can go on, there is so much more to say, and so many false narratives and lies that are spread about Israel, but i gotta go. perhaps isten to Destiny on youtube, he talks about the situation quite often or proffessor Benny Morris, if you have 4 hours (lol) you can watch lex friedmans podcast with them 2 and norm finklestein. its terrible whats happening in gaza , israelis dont want it but living with hamas as our next door neighbor is unacceptable (not to mention hezbollah, iran, and the houthis attacking us all at the same time).

I am with you Amber, I hate Wasabi. Growing up in a Jewish family, horseradish is a pretty standard thing, especially during Passover where it's actually part of the Passover Seder. It's so gross to me, yuck. I don't know how people like it? It was funny when you were in Walmart taking pictures. I absolutely agree with supporting the innocent Palestinian people but be aware, a lot of the charity money intended for the Palestinian victims is not getting to the people in need. There is a reason the heads of Hamas live in Qatar not in Gaza or the West Bank and they're sitting on $11 Billion and are the reason that this entire travesty occurred in the first place and has not ended.
