I live by myself and have it be a top priority to keep my space clean, as a form of self-respect and appreciation. I tidy up and wash dishes, fold blankets, etc once I'm done using them so future me doesn't have to do it. I clean my apartment, wash bedding, and do laundry once a week. My physical space has such an impact on my mental health. When it's dirty and I'm not mentally well, it makes it 10x worse. Whereas, when it's clean and tidy, it genuinely helps me feel better. Respect your future self and keep at it! You go, girl!!! ❤️

y’all have so much stuff 😩 i feel like decluttering and getting rid of some stuff could help make day to day cleaning easier and feel less overwhelming so it doesn’t get to the point where it feels like too much work
Room decor: cute photo prints from Pinterest ( you can order from target), small figurines (sonny angels, anime figures, webarebears), small lamps for mood lighting, a color scheme, cute plushies, your favorite color for bed sheets, a Polaroid wall?, Korean cd player this is how my room is.

what has helped me with being avoidant (besides understanding and working on the mental health reasons why I behave that way lol) is to declutter... less things, less mess when I don't feel like putting things in their place 😅 but all in all, LA POSTA ES to not guilt trip yourself, or not feel guilty when you do avoid these things. Ofc the ideal is to try to find a balance, but yea, that will come with time. ps: THE SHELF CLEAN OUT WAS SOOOO SATISFYING! ps2: sorry for the spanglish there in the middle 😛

just signed up with curology...! im excited to see how my skin turns out because i have been bouncing off the walls for years with getting new skicare and right now im literally just using a kojic tumeric acid bar and elf skincare and my cysts and hormonal pimples seem to be dying down but i dont think it heals the underlying cause. and i want to know that im doing everything correctly for my skin. Hopefully i can have clear skin soon and let my natural facial features pop more! Thank you amber :)) 🥰
