It is pointless to test people who can do clean muscle up. You need the data from people who can barely do it with lot of kick or are close to achieve it. Otherwise, the results could be quite valuable as this measure could be better indicator than the usual "how many pull ups you can do".👍 Sorry to say but you have to repeat your experiment :)

7:00 If you have +80% Bodyweight Poowups you could easily convert that into 20rep+ Poowups in a few weeks. It would be easy, because the muscle is already there, you just need to develop the neural connection. It won't cost you anything like building the strength of 80% Poowups cost you, it would be very easy.
But how did you manage to continue looking like a guy who doesnt train at all?

Many campus board setups have footholds underneath that you can stand on so you don't actually have to hold all your body weight with your arms. Find a gym with this and you'll be in business. The second exercise is super hard, tho, so maybe don't even try that one. Lol.
Study up on your fitness, then apply it. You got this. There are a lot of resources out there.

If it were easy everyone would do it. Being consistent is key. Small gains turn into big gains. Way to go. Nobody changed their body overnight.
The human flag is meant to be done on poles, genius. Poles are vertical--not horizonal.
4:09 completely debunked your video on why front lever isn't possible for you. the top portion of the row is 0 degrees and hes basically replicating someone with extremely short arms.
Try the BM2000 slopers with damp hands. It's reported to be easier.

It also has a lot to do with how much your hands sweat. Some people's hands barely sweat it all so chalk It doesn't make much of a difference for them.
The same thing happened to me today 😢 fell from the top and strained my lower back badly. So glad to see this video cuz I’m so worried that I will be out of the gym for weeks! Thank you!

Respectfully please use chalk or never come to my local crag or gym without chalk. Not using chalk is a massive contributor to holds becoming greasy along with not brushing. I don’t care if you “don’t sweat” my biggest pet peeve is people not brushing holds or touching them without chalk especially outside on rock.

You should get like a power lifter, a deisel mechanic, a lumberjack, a consteuction worker and an arm wrestler in there to see how they compare. I'm in no way a climber, but have been a power lifter and bodybuilder for 20+ years. I was a deisel mechanic in the army, have worked consteuction and have done a good bit of arm wrestling. On top of that I do all kinds of work around my properties. I have traditional "old man strength," and believe I could easily top the percentages these folk are pulling. Maybe I'm wrong, but I've lifted some heavy shite with my fingertips before.
I mean being heavy doesnt help you for the purposes of this test Edit: I mean the goal isnt just total grip strength, its in relation do your bodyweight, which as a bodybuilder will be much higher

You're a pickup truck who can move a ton of weight, yes. But in terms of rock climbing, it's about moving your weight (the body) over a distance, and for professionals, efficiently and quickly. While you're a 400hp pickup truck, she's a 100hp motorcycle. She's going to smoke your butt 100% of the time because her power to weight ratio is better.
Lol, using a bayes classifier was overkill but gj. My guess is you can get it down to like 25% with kipping and technique practice.
I should just not write comments before watching the full video smh🤡 trying to be not to much of a hater but, I don't know about other channels but neither you nor magnus has pure rock climbing content, I assume I understand the title wrong but if not this is just plain incorrect. besides climbing videos, you make calisthenics videos and magnus makes strength testing and ninja warrior videos. you could have left out the pure and it would be right. regardless of accuracy, very interesting and well made
