They didn't hesitate to show much of Aether's butt since he's a male, And since lumine is a female, They didn't show too much of her butt since they knew that the fandom would just sexualise her just like how they sexualise the other characters. It's kind of sad to me that Aether is effectively canon as Traveler, because I find he makes such a better Abyss twin. Abyss Lumine comes off as very cold, and like whatever she's doing is more important than Aether, where as Abyss Aether comes across as more tormented by what he's doing, and almost desperate for Lumine to understand him. I also find Lumine as Traveler owns the "done with all this" sarcasm that develops in later areas.
