    I did this today. so easy. I never thought I can do this with Golden flax meal sitting and waiting. I put a tsp of olive oil and ghee to blend when boiling. It fluffed and then I brushed with ghee. Soft and delicious. I did use the glass bowl cover to cut not any other knifes needed. so easy. Thanks. I am looking for bread and I will try your bread method using flax.

    I adore you for making this video! I’ve been planning on making a cotton candy grape sorbet & was wondering if I should peel the grapes because I didn’t want a weird texture from the skin & you guys are the ONLY ONES I’ve found that answer this question. I would assume that it can really depend on how well I blend the sorbet & like you said, the thickness of the grape skin. That saves me SO much prep time! I’ve never made sorbet before, but this video helps put my mind to ease. I appreciate it! I’m gonna go give this a try, wish me luck! 🍈🍋🍯🍨

    Here is the recipe that I have refined a little bit for a larger batch and a better result - I use a food processor and have made hundreds of these rolls at this point and they are AMAZING. For 16 rolls or 2 baking batches 4 cups SPROUTED lentils - takes about 2 days. Sprout lentils - takes a couple of days. Use 2 cups dried lentils which will give you approximately 8 cups of sprouted lentils. 1/2 cup whole psyllium husk 1/2 cup water 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 tsp salt AFTER blended VERY VERY well in a food processor add 2 Tbsp. lemon juice which activates the baking soda. 1. Sprout lentils - takes a couple of days, but is stupid easy to do. Use 2 cups dried lentils which will give you approximately 8 cups of sprouted lentils. 2. Preheat oven to 360F 3. Add first list of ingredients to food processor and blend VERY VERY well - about 2 minutes total - keep scraping down the sides. 4. Get a LARGE baking sheet and line with parchment paper. 5. Add lemon juice and blend VERY well again for about 1 minute total scraping down the sides. The dough should be balled up in the processor. 6. Use olive oil on your hands, weigh dough ball - it will be about 680 grams so make each dough ball about 85 grams. I have made this recipe many times and it ALWAYS comes out between 83 and 88 grams for 8 rolls. 7. Make dough balls ensuring your hands are oiled and place on parchment giving adequate space. 8. Bake on 360F for 30 minutes THEN turn the oven up to 375 and bake for another 20 minutes. TIP: do NOT open the oven to poke around on them or check them until after the first 40 minutes or they will deflate. I learned this the hard way. The lower temp at first will let them rise in the oven, and the higher temp at the end will let them hardened on the outside so they won't deflate. I promise you this is the healthiest tastiest bread I have ever eaten and you will actually experience a more healthy bathroom experience and NONE of the issue with industrial bread. I hope you give this a try.

    This was easy to make not easy to handle. Out of 4-5 tries with the same batch only my last one turned out decent. Takes a lot of patience which I was running short on… so moral of my story: experiment away, but be okay with epic failures. lol. Happy cooking out there. 😅
