To use your daily spray: 🔷Remove the plastic cover. Hold the container straight up and place the plastic cone flat on your skin. Adjust your arm or the cone to make sure there are no gaps between your skin and the cone. Press the button fully once and hold it down before letting go. Your doctor will generally start you on one spray - but this is individual and will depend on severity of symptom...

Yes!
I have pets at home, how long do I need to be away from them?
Says once dry to cover it up so it doesn’t transfer like a long sleeve but omg it’s so hot might need to switch
I don’t want to take meds
Many women have suffered in silence, but there was also a time when hard drugs were the normal treatment for women's issues and I think I could suffer in silence if that was the case too 😂
I'm almost 41 started hrt close to 3 months ago.. I have just had the mirena 2 weeks ago. I use estrodial gel. I have went through hell since 37 up. I haven't settle on the hrt yet I'm also a single mom to an ASD child. Constantly going almost killed me in my 30s. Now I've joined the gym changing food doing yoga and saying no. I had to stop put myself first. We don't as women get any help at all. It's why we die before men alot. I'm grateful to you both for this conversation. Women need to rest without guilt
So many videos say to rub it in. Can you apply the same area 2 days in a row? Online it says not to. But I'm on 4 pumps so I have no choice 🤔
Agree, I saw others saying the complete opposite of what she is saying....
I have same question I'm on gel almost 3 months with no change I think I need to try the patch 😅
I agree very confusing the different advice. But I'm going to go with the advice given by my own doctor to rub it well in. To be honest I don't think it makes any difference whether you rub it in or not as ultimately it will absorb into skin either way 🤔
I was told to my doctor to rub it on inner arms and thighs.
Promo-SM 👍
Good info 👍🏽
It does we work. I started on maca supplements last month and I was good all round with a reduction in peri and pms symptoms . I slowed down this month and my symptoms came back so now I am gonna be watching to see if there’s a significant difference again from yesterday.
Thank you so very very much for this information, I feel like I have been more informed than my own Dr. it seems all they want to do is put you on pills, they don’t seem to care about the side effects all they want to do is put you on some pills, no other suggestions or how do you feel or anything!!!!!
Hi girls....Maca is amazing x
Does it help with perimenopause anxiety?
Thank you ladies
What medication have you used.
Osteoporosis is a disease of low estrogen.
Thank you very much for this encouraging, uplifting information. 🙏❤️
There are different types of Maca, which one should one take ?
Women who take aromatase inhibitors for breast cancer have an increased risk of osteoporosis, I’ve just been diagnosed with osteopenia
Wow! That’s news to me too that you can get back into osteopenia territory
What medication did Steph?
Please show the exercises that will increase the bone density.
Everything Steph said aligns with all the information I've been gathering as part of my journey. It is definitely multi-faceted and can be overwhelming, especially as there is so much negativity. Doctors seems to say: Take meds, make sure you get enough calcium and do some weight bearing exercise without giving specific advice about nutritional requirements (portions, dosage) or explicitly giving info on the type, duration and intensity of "weight bearing exercise". This is entirely the wrong approach. Taking meds might be something that is part of the individual's situation. I would have liked to know more about Steph's experience with them and whether she has now stopped. Osteoporosis is a serious problem and the treatment and management of it deserves more nuanced advice. There are a lot of practitioners of various backgrounds trying to get helpful information out there, so credit to them. I agree with Steph ... patients should do all they can to be informed before either writing it off as not serious or taking medications thinking all will be well. If your doctor is not running full bloods before prescribing medication including Coeliac test, get another doctor because there could be an underlying cause for bone loss apart from menopause. Take charge of your own health and get good advice from qualified people. Reformer pilates run by experienced and qualified people is an excellent way of getting strength/resistance needed to support bone health.
Not easy to find a good doctor who has these qualifications. The quick solution is to prescribe medications that will give you brittle bones that ca easy break and side effects detrimental to your health.
I am not wanting to take those meds. Some of them, especially the injectables can cause bone loss in jaw and consequently tooth loss. Also, it can cause the long bone in the thigh to become brittle and break
What medication did you take? Biophosphonates?
Great advice, thank you Steph💕
Hi Warriors, I am from Wales, UK. Super positive video. Thanks for sharing. My Great Grandfather was crippled in bed for years with Osteoporosis. Then my Nan ended up crippled with it. I am determined to beat it. All my bones creak. Including my spine, neck, knees and elbows. I've cured my Asthma with organic plants, Asthma and drug free. ☺️ So I am not going to let osteoporosis drag me down. I'm going to beat it. Would love to chat with you both. By the way, organic brown rice pasta is really nice. I'm trying to get people to grow their own organic fruit and veg and eat the plants they call weeds. They are full of nutrition. My American friend is a herbalist. ♥️ Did you know pesticides damage the lungs. So I'm sure they damage our bones too. If we garden organically we get Vitamin D. It's a win, win.
Did Steph take medication also? What were her T scores?
Thanks ladies, this was fab. Can't wait to learn more from both of you.

Hello ladies! Immediately subscribed when I watched this video, love the flushing fridays name. I get so excited when I see other women coming together to talk about menopause. It's such a taboo subject and needs us women to normalize this sort of conversation. So thankyou both for being pioneers of this movement.
Do you have any website for black women on perimenapause
Very interesting interview, thank you 😊
Good content, but Dr Sabina Brennan needs a steadycam I'm feeling seasick :-(
Great interview Catherine and Declan..great resource
great video ladies! love this, really great information and its great to see you all come together to share your knowledge with us especially during this time! :) x
