Healthy two week breakfast

  • 200g oats - I used @
    60g almonds and hazelnuts
    40g pumpkin seeds
    40g coconut flakes or desiccated
    4 tbsp coconut oil melted - you can switch this for other oils like extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil - then you might want to increase the maple syrup
    1 tbsp maple syrup
    1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
    1 tbsp cocoa powder - optional
    Zest of an orange 🍊
    Oven fan 140 for 40 mins but make sure and stir the mix every 10 minutes to get even cooking
