Using your HRT spray

To use your daily spray:
🔷Remove the plastic cover.
Hold the container straight up and place the plastic cone flat on your skin.
Adjust your arm or the cone to make sure there are no gaps between your skin and the cone.
Press the button fully once and hold it down before letting go. Your doctor will generally start you on one spray - but this is individual and will depend on severity of symptoms.
🔷For additional sprays:
Move the cone to a new spot next to the first one and press the button fully again.
If needed, repeat this step for a third spray.
If you run out of space on one forearm, use the other one. You can also use the inner part of your thigh if the forearms are challenging.
🔷After spraying:
Wait for at least 2 minutes before putting on clothes and at least 60 minutes before bathing or washing.
If the spray gets on areas like your hands, wash them immediately with soap and water.
Do not apply the spray on broken or irritated skin.
Avoid rubbing or massaging the sprayed area.
‼️The spray should be applied to the dry and healthy skin of the inner forearm. If that is not possible, it should be applied on the inner thigh. Do not apply Lenzetto to the breasts or any area near the breasts

I have pets at home, how long do I need to be away from them?

Says once dry to cover it up so it doesn’t transfer like a long sleeve but omg it’s so hot might need to switch
