Great video. I enjoy your play through. One of my favorite games. Just an FYI when you hear Deacon say he will finish burning the hordes in Marion forks (place where you burned church) it’s a glitch he always says that even after the nests are all burned. My game does it too and I play on the ps5. It was never patched out. Hopefully that helps you..

Good play! Just FYI, you skipped over the MG45? great weapon for hordes. Just remember what you pickup that you dont already own in your locker gets lost when you switch weapons. Locker weapons can be switched out, you never lose them... Also, make sure to do camps to get maps of the area and new crafting.. and money/trust.

Nice episode. Just an fyi…sometimes Deke rides through an area where you’ve already cleaned out all the nests, but he still mutters something about, “be back later to clear out the nests!” It’s just a game glitch. If you look on the map & you don’t see the nest symbol you’re done. I strongly suggest working on bringing all the camps up to Level 3. It’s not strictly necessary but it impacts late game cut scenes. Rock on!

Finished this on hard 2 on ps4 i heard pc shows full 500 horde on sawmill. And other cool mods too but consoles dont have mods meh hehe. Just started survivor 1 pt atm

I was not impressed with Boozer after that mission. I was really stressed out doing that. LOL The game wants you to go to the blue circles, you can see them on your mini-map or HUD. Then look around till you spy a little magnifying glass that is your clue to follow. Then follow the clues in focus mode. The guy you raced past at 23:14 is a survivor that you can rescue. Whenever you see the little blue and yellow triangle that is someone you can rescue for a shit ton of camp credits. The little question marks that come up on your HUD are sometime indicating survivor saving opportunities. They could also be leading you to a trap so heads-up. You were just about to stumble across a horde cave so lucky you for moving in the opposite direction. That music is indicative of a horde very near. When you sell your plants you are limiting your ability to craft focus, health or stamina cocktails on the fly. Stamina especially you will want when you take on the hordes. Happy gaming!

That was an exciting episode! Wahhhoo Yup Skizzo is a piece of work. You know there's an ambush camp just a tiny ways from the mine. I suggest you take it out. You get crafting recipes and a good amount of trust when you take one out. Just a suggestion. I guess you can only select a higher game play when you start, but it's interesting that you can drop the skill level to lower during the run. I guess it makes sense if people feel they are in over their heads. Nice! The game play is picking up.

What happened to part 2?

The way you handled that Breaker makes me think you are playing this game on too easy of a setting. Maybe you should have gone for Hard or Survivor. You probably could have handled Survivor 2 without too much difficulty once you learned the mechanics of the game.

Glad you are rockin’ & rollin’ with this game again. Totally suggest you go after some of those ambush camps.

😂 got a kick outta the Count counting. Such a good play through cause everything is new to you. It’s refreshing.

There are no best starting character just what general play style your best with other then the characters attributes and innate skills all skills you your character will get as they level up and explore are available to all character and all play style are basically visible but do to the attributes and innate skills there are still noticeable differences and some play style are more better with same characters than other For bruno he got the best crits do to heaving the highest critical damage stat and got the second highest agility but the lowest max hp so he better with a more dodging than blocking with that this skill back stab you may want to consider circling around strong enemies when possible and hitting them from behind

Im only here to say, as a Day 1 PS4 player- with all the launch bugs and what not, this game is fucking amazing!!!! One of the best ive ever played. The big open world, beautiful scenery, amazing soundtrack, excellent story and scary as shit hordes. Loved it soo much, i beat it back to back and never got bored once. Was bloody criminal it got review bombed and killed any chance of a sequel.

...yes, thats a pretty good mission, its getting better in the story, not lengthy compared to later ones, but a good one. I honestly think I've only slept maybe 3 times in the game if I wanted to wait out time and resources to respawn, otherwise I just keep Deek going. As you finish missions and clear camps out, you will have better rewards, crafting and weapons etc. Good play!

...side note, wolves usually travel in packs, if one is around and it howls, it calls the others. You can also use gas tanks to place or throw at the nests then shoot to detonate to burn them out.

Entertaining gameplay. I'm replaying this again and I am about where you are, such a great game. Nests usually get marked on your big map and show up on the mini as you get near one.

The stuff in nests is residue you can craft residue arrows & make freakers go crazy & attack each other. This also works on humans the same way. Can lead to hilarious situations. Something you aren’t doing much of it taking out ambush camps. You get crafting recipes when you take out the camp & check out the bunker. You could be using more things like smoke bombs, etc. You missed a bunch of goodies in Sherman’s Camp. Explore it again sometime, climb up red ladders to the roof, for example. There are also smoke bombs behind a second story sign near the two story nest area - it’s one building over. Lol you’re killing me here! I can’t believe you stopped that mission mid-stream. Good luck!

Hey man great game. But honestly, your game play style is tedious to watch. Too slow, boring, and too careful. Watch a couple of other streams just to get the idea. Only trying to help, I notice your viewers are dropping off ..

Good video, thanks. I like watching a new run through of this excellent game. Make sure to clear nests and camps, even when you are on another mission. You can stack missions and do them simultaneously; eg. clearing out nests, camps, etc.

Great gameplay! Glad you got that glitch figured out. The game just gets better and better and you get sucked into the story the longer you play. The graphics are top notch and the devs really paid attention to details in this game.

Glad you got it sorted. Something to know about the knife, you can shoot the fire escape ladder down or you can use a rock. I usually go to the far side of town & park near the gas station. Lol your reactions to things are so familiar. Reminds me of me. Good job sneaking into camp. Never thought of just crouching beside the boardwalk.

I also read that if you load an earlier save it works sometimes and changing from full screen to windowed mode. I hope you find a solution, I never got this issue on PS4. Sad, because the game just gets better from here on.

ugh bummer man... I rarely got any glitches, but I was playing on the PS4 version. Went through the various game modes and finished many times. This is a new one for me. On PS4 you can end the mission and it will force completion, which I have only done twice on a mission i got stuck on. Not sure if you can do that on PC.

I honestly don't even care about the online stuff, the lame ass story they put in every year, or the graphics really. I'm just pissed 2K doesn't care enough about the PC community to even give them the full myleague experience. There is literally ZERO excuse to not have things like Start Today or Eras Mode in the PC version of the game. ZERO.

the "Lisa" storyline is a good one. Stuff always happens to her. Close up stealth assassinations work great as well for humans and non aware zombies.

Lol for some reason this one cracked me up! The NERO check points are safe to sleep in once you get the gen going. At least you found all the nests. Good job!

entertaining gameplay, thank you. Nero checkpoints give you boosts when you clear them and you can use them for fast travel and restocking supplies. Just wait until you fight your first horde... it will be fast paced and worth it!

I remember looking all over hell and gone for that last nest. Total frustration. Something you mentioned in a couple vids was hearing a particular noise and thinking it sounded like a snake. I just want to lay your mind at ease, there are no snakes in this game. If you picked up a weapon, that you didn't buy, it will never be in your locker. You will drop it when you swap weapons. I've been known to watch live streams of Days Gone. Not sure if you were told this yet, but the green ammo cases in the back of cop cars do not spawn again. Once you use them they are gone. So maybe just grab those when you really need them. The white pile of stuff in freaker nests is residue, if you craft crossbow bolts with them, it makes freakers and human turn on each other. It can be very entertaining. Enjoying your stream, keep 'em coming.

Saving people is always worth it. They give so much camp credit! Those blue circles are sometimes traps though so be alert! 😂

You can scrap those bikes. It will give you scrap unless they are totally wrecked, which sometimes they are after crashing.

Good video! You should try to utilize stealth, rolling and turning off your flash light as well as your headlight to not alert your enemies. This is such a great game.

3:17 pro tip, if you hear a wolf howl, you WILL get attacked. And they almost always come in a pack of 3.

Let me save you some aggravation. You can push that blue truck out of the way, so that you can get to Sarah's marker in the NERO site faster. You gotta push it when you are on the side of Sarah's rock. You are welcome. LOL Oh yeah, the little round blue icon's on your HUD are bear traps.

Yay! You found the last nest!! When you are doing the NERO camps just follow the electrical lines running in the air away from the generator, before you turn it on. That will lead you to all the speakers. Some are on the little check point houses at the entrances. Other speakers are on poles with the lights. Don’t try doing the death train NERO in the day cause the horde will see you. Wait until after you take them out or when they are at their water spot. There are two good loot locations in the town you went through. Places you can get pipe bombs, etc.
