How to Assemble/Install the Dual Layer Tailgate Table with Molle Panel by Mabett - 2021+ Ford Bronco
In this video I'm going to show you how to install the Mabett Dual Layer Double Shelf Tailgate Table with Molle Panel on the 2021+ Ford Bronco. This tailgate table is a straight forward installation, although you do have to assemble the table prior to installing it on the Bronco.
I've annotated the hardware as we go through the installation, along with the included instructions, so hopefully that makes the installation a little easier! Once the table is installed, it's a great, strong, sturdy and rattle free tailgate table with two shelves on it.
There's an integrated Molle panel on the underside of the large shelf, integrated cup holders and also a bottle opener as well!

    I’ve seen videos that state I need to use Forscan or bypass the systems amp and add my own to improve sound. I have the B&O system and rear speakers have very little signal or sound. Will adding just speakers help. I’ve been seeing conflicting info

    • @CUPRADESIGN
      @CUPRADESIGN Před dnem

      @TinboatTom4528 - If you have the non-B&O system, yes, you need to use ForScan to unlock the best sound from the speakers. If you have the B&O system (you mentioned that's the one you have) then changing things in ForScan doesn't make a difference (from what I have read). With that being said, having upgraded the speakers and the pods on our B&O system, there was a noticeable difference in sound. You can actually hear the rear speakers now and differentiate between them a lot better. You can hear a lot better at a lower volume, and you do get a decent bump in bass as well. I hope that helps and thanks so much for watching, I appreciate it!

    FYI. I had to use the other factory bolt on the front otherwise the diagonal bungee cord is in the way of my handles for the soft top. Works perfect after that change. What if you don't have any codes on the dash

    • @CUPRADESIGN
      @CUPRADESIGN Před 15 dny

      @bo5388 - There won't be a code displayed on your dash. The only thing on the dash that would alert you is if you have a check engine light (CEL - Orange Engine Symbol) showing. If that is the case, then you'll either want to grab a code reader (they can be had for cheap: amzn.to/3XEmhI6) or you can go to Autozone and they will read the codes for you and tell you what the code is. If it is a (P0456 code) then you will have an issue with your EVAP system. Now that can occur in 3 places too. The ESIM module, as in this video, at the Purge Valve on top of the engine, and then also the Purge Valve Hose, which runs from the Purge Valve down the back of the engine towards the ESIM module. Hope that helps.

    I change the battery,but the A! LIGHT STILL ON? HOW I TURN OFF

    • @CUPRADESIGN
      @CUPRADESIGN Před 23 dny

      @oscarnadal1223 - When you replaced the battery, did you remove and reconnect the terminals in the same order as I showed? You need to make sure on the MAIN battery (not the AUX) that the controller module is attached (you'll see it on the negative terminal, it's like a 2" black box). If that is not connected properly, you will still get the 'A' symbol on the dash - leaving that disconnected is the cheat way to get around the 'A' system, but leaves the symbol on the dash. Also - there is a button on the dash, down low in the center that turns on and off the auto start stop, you may need to press that a couple of times to get the system to sync back up. Outside of that, you may have an issue that is still causing that to happen. Good luck.

    What do you do if you already have a factory fog lights on standard bumper. I’m going to replace the standard bumper with modular and planning to use the same wiring from fog lights I already got. If there any way I can achieve it?

    • @CUPRADESIGN
      @CUPRADESIGN Před měsícem

      You may have to purchase some connectors to go from these fog lights to the OEM fog light connector. I don't think there is a plug and play harness that will do that, so you may have to wire them up yourself. Alternatively, you can cut off the OEM connector and the connector for the fog lights and splice them together, but that is totally your choice to do that. The alternative, if you have them, is to forego the fog switch and hook them up to an AUX switch and leave your fog light switch intact. That is how I have the fog lights installed that remain in our Bronco (the Oracle Lighting Triple LED fog lights in an earlier video). I've not had this experience, a) having the modular bumper from the factory and b) not having the OEM fog light switch, so I can't speak confidently on how to make that connection. I don't know if this helps, but good luck!

    • @CUPRADESIGN

      No, it shouldn’t, I don’t believe so. It would just throw a warning light on the dash that there is an issue with the EVAP system (check engine light would come on). We were able to drive while diagnosing this issue.

    • @CUPRADESIGN
      @CUPRADESIGN Před měsícem

      Sorry to hear that. I am not sure what would cause that. The only thing I can think of is to double check the tightness of the connections. I also do recall that you had to remove the terminals in the same order as the video and put them back in the same order as the video. That might help. You may have an alternator issue, if you are still getting a low voltage message. Or maybe there is an issue with your Start Stop switch itself, maybe someone disabled it from behind? (that answer assumes you are not the original owner). That's about all the advice I've got. Hope it helps.

      Two years on, and after the initial cleaning in this video, I've come up with a better solution! Every month now, I take a 6" drill bit extension and a coarse brush, put some Barkeepers Friend in the tumbler, and have at it with my electric drill. Cleans up the tumbler in seconds, way less mess, and no need to cram my hand into the tumbler any more, makes a huge difference! Maybe I should record an update video of that process! A two year recap video! If yours is way worse, it's that initial cleaning that is key. You may want to get in there with something a lot more abrasive for your first clean. Good luck and thanks for watching!

    • @CUPRADESIGN
      @CUPRADESIGN Před měsícem

      Under the seat there is a reinforced plastic cradle that holds the electronics for the power seats (if equipped). At the back of that (nearest the rear seats) there are two loops that you can attach to. Failing that, or if you don't have power seats, you can attach the straps to the metal springs on the underside of the seat. Hopefully that helps, and thanks for watching the video, I appreciate it!

    • @CUPRADESIGN
      @CUPRADESIGN Před měsícem

      Hey @jwdibbs71 - I can think of 3 options: 1) Cut off the portion that you are putting in the new battery, it may have been crushed from the old battery and not fit snugly. 2) You could wrap electrical tape around that end to make it slightly thicker and then insert it into the new battery 3) You could purchase a new piece of hose for the new battery. Those are my thoughts, hopefully one of them will help you out. Thanks for watching, I appreciate it!

However, there are a variety of retaining clips available in different sizes. Assuming this is the part you are after, there are kits online. Just want to thank you for this video and to the company for putting out such an easy to work with product. I bought something similar from what looked like a reputable place (LED Factory- don't every buy from them) but ended up being trash. for 1 they're $220 so quite a bit more than these. Next, I was sent the product totally bare (so no wire harnesses, you had to somehow splice them into your factory headlights?) and ZERO instructions. When I contacted them they sent a 24 second video that honest to god said "connect the wires" and that was all. Not only did they not have instructions, no one at their company knew how to install them either. I paid an extra $20 to send them back to them and immediately bought these. Thanks Again!

      Some of your accessories or functions may stop working, you may have an AUX battery light illuminate on your dash, or you car simply won’t start/stop.
