I was stationed at Fort Bliss, and I knew all of these guys. We used to party together in A.I.T. and when we got to Fort Bliss. We used to have orgies in the barracks! No joke! The Marines that rescued her had to wait an additional 43 minutes for the news crews to get there for the rescue.

The police chief is so right, lecturing a group of highly trained army rangers capable of stopping pretty much any armed threat, about how an underfunded under staffed police force should have been consulted first to stop a notorious group of some 35 gang bangers.
