Hey sir so I recently accidentally formated my ssd card into my android phone and I honestly have no idea how this stuff kind of works so I was hoping if you could explain it to me so after the format I checked the phone to see if it messed with the ssd and it said it contained nothing so I went to my xbox which previously had the ssd card being used on it for storing game saves/data and I put it in and was asking how would you like to use this card and it asked was showing a set up which i saw when i first used it when it was bought so i had just realized all my data was gone so I looked up what a format did and I was shown that it deletes all data on an sd or ssd card etc so I said to myself oh shoot so I looked up how to recover my data and I was being told to use this and use that and I don't wanna ruin the ssd card and rid of everything because I know its possible to restore everything I just don't know how so I went to CZcams and found this so im watching this video hoping this will work so I honestly don't know if I did something wrong or not cause I'm worrying if Everything is gone and weather this tutorial or not is what I should be doing (Sorry if this is a bit to long for ya)

Can this help my situation? I have a western digital external hard drive that was used with my old Win7 laptop. The laptop died and we now have a new laptop with win 11. I connected the external drive to my new laptop, it doesnt show up in "my computer" but i can see the drive in disk management as "not initialised". Before attempting any recovery i would simply like to back up all the data to my new laptop and another drive first. Is this possible? Thanks

The first thing i did was unpluging the usb Then i copies dome files afterwards i realised that i deleted the movies of our family function 🤢🤮🤮 now i dont know what to do. May god save me

I've got a bunch of corrupted files that can't be opened on my sd card. I'm running Windows 11.

i didn't lose any files on the sd card. They've all been changed into some type of machine code. It started out as 2 gb but now shows as 10mb. I mistakenly had it attached as I was trying to recover my desktop pc using bcdboot and fixboot for windows. Any way to fix this issue?

I tried Disk Drill right after I accidentally deleted a folder with important files. Unfortunately, Disk Drill did not find any of the deleted files. To be honest, Disk Drill did not find any deleted files at all. Not even those that were deliberately deleted. Only cryptic system files stuff. Can that be?

you mentioned "if you're drive is not being recognized this video is for you as well" I connected my hard drive and it doesn't see it, however, after reading the comments this only saves 500mb unless you pay for the full program. I have the Disk Drive app to recover 40 tv programs that I formatted from a Western Digital portable drive. The issue is that I cannot figure out all the data that was tranferred. I really tried to figure it out to no avvail. Your videos do try to help to use Disk Drill to the fullest, but since I am no that computer educated it is fustrating at this point.

Omg. I just spent hours trying to recover an SD card that I thought was corrupted, and was resigned to manually copying thousands of files. Tried changing the drive letter and everything was instantly restored in 10 seconds. Thank you, what a life saver!
