Yeah that is a bummer. One trick that might work with external mic in horizontal is to add a full cage and mount the mic on the right side with a longer 3.5mm cable

Yes you can to factory settings and also it’s also set to normal panning and tilts 🙌

I’ve used it to hold my chunky film camera and fx3 on the other end tons of times and havent had any issues tbh.

Hello! I believe you would need to shoot without the lens hood for the filter to fit since the vnd is two pieces of glass, it's a bit thicker than smaller uv filters. However I never shoot with a lens hood so it hasn't been an issue for me. Let me know if this helps!

@@Koensol No problem! Personally, I don’t feel like it negatively impacts my image and sometimes if I do get a lens flare I try to embrace it as long as it’s not too distracting!

Often times directors and cinematographers go for a certain look whether warm or cool, and sometimes depending on the location they’ll make it distinct to show you’re in a different place. You might’ve seen memes a lot of filmmakers tend to make mexico look super warm, so people started calling it the “mexico filter”. But it totally depends on your taste and what look you want to go for :)

I think its just more consistent and clear, the absolute zero is at 0 literally, unlike Celsius where its in the negative. just a hunch tho.

It's a bit of a convention nowadays. Historically, light was mainly produced by hot, glowing things. The colour of the light emitted is dictated by Wien's law, wavelength is inversely proportional to its temperature. In other words, the hotter it is the bluer it becomes. So therefore a 10000 K light would appear blue and a 2500 K light would appear red. The thing is, not all light sources are now glowing stuff (e.g, LEDs). And these have a wider range of colours available to them. Colour turns out to be two dimensional and so there's also an axis that goes from green to magenta which is referred to as tint.
