I really think that you should compete at Inferno dance competitions, they allow individuals and also have an adult/teacher section! They also have 3 different levels, and they travel around the world to host comps!

Did 20 reps each w/wrist weights, itâs a good pain đ yep
I always loose balance and spotting makes it worse but something that helps me is having your foot touch the ground instead of it going down a little and keeping my arms out with my hands in a fist
I can do both trying for my leg to touch my head
Hello thanks for share your experience, on 2days I'll reach the 8week post ACL surgery, recently I left the helpers to walk, and want to say you that I have the exactly the same scars but in the left leg

Ladies! (and gents) Eat what you want, but listen to your body. Just eat as much that you could go for a jogging session. Drink water before every meal and eat it with total attention. On the other hand, just go for a walk for 20 minutes after your meal. Edit: I spelled one word wrong...

The hardest thing you'll ever learn in ballet is how to actually breath while maintaining posture. I've hav to actually remind myself to breath in and out cause i was so focused on keeping every part of my body in the right placeđ«

I thought I was bad at picking up choreography, but they just teach too slow. 5 and 6.......................... 7 .....................8 . By the time we get to 8, I've already forgotten 1! But this was PERFECT practice for me because you taught just like the choreographer I worked with! Thanks!
