As a former college player I can assure ya there's NO WAY that small patch is a distraction. My eyes are laser focused on his throwing hand to see how he's trying to grip the ball inside the glove to see if he gives a tip away on type of pitch that he's throwing, I'm not looking at a small decal on the glove it's self. Batters will use any excuse to get an upper hand to get a pitcher off centered n to break their pitching concentration.
