Of course. :) Just depends on the model. You should visit the webshop and just pay attention to your rear hub configuration (lower spec models require a replacement end cap & axle because of the concave profile of the original end cap).

Very difficult to get right, every time that wheel comes off the cover is hit & you need to gather the tools again & set this up… why there isn’t a spacer or an Oring to set the space. This guy has an ego issue & does NOT accept returns! Total shithead!

Hey @dingodoggy66, you're right! The landing page still contains a liink to a video where I hadn't yet made the replacement axles. I will update it today. However, if you visit the webshop and pick the Vado SL, the new video is listed there along with all the instructions links. Sorry for the confusion, I rarelly visit the landing page and just keep updating the webshop, as in my experience nobody reads the langing page. But, if you ordered for the Vado SL, you had to have visited the webshop and you would've recieved the replacement axle anyway?

Hi Dave, yes.. you simply go to planet3.bike, enter the webshop and use the filters there (Specialized, Kenevo Gen1) and then compare your rear hub braking side end cap profile with the photos in the gallery. It should be the DHT-148S option if you still have your stock wheelset on the bike.

That's a matter of preference so to speak.. Most people use a single planet and it will never cut out at any speed. It doesn't mean you always have to ride top speed, it just means the choice is yours. If you want to go 30 km/h, do it. If you need to go 55 km/h for a short burst, you can do that too. I'm more of a fan of that option than to use a dual will always cut out at ~42 km/h for the case of Vado with the 3,35:1 ratio (1,675:1 in dual config).

Same as on all other Levociraptors.. It's a rather low tech solution as far as electronic solutions go and why would you risk your warranty if you can simply fit a PLANET3 on the Creo SL. 😌

Hi Steve, I can't say/don't know. The TQ motor as such can work with PLANET3 because it does on the Trek Fuel EXe models, but as far as BMC Roadmachine goes - I haven't seen the bike live, I don't know if the speed sensor is in the dropout and magnet on the brake rotor (or is it on chainstay and spokes) and if the hub profile on the braking side is compatible. If you have the bike and can take some photos, just poke me via email found on the webshop. :)

Hi Richard. Yes, you can use all aspects of Mission Control to tune the bike. It's only the ride recording that you should maybe skip. Since the motor will register 3x lower values of speed and distance, at some point Specialized might start comparing GPS data they use to draw the ride map with speed sensor data and use that against users. For now they don't. But you can use Strava or a Garmin or whatever else. As far as shipping goes, it's DHL Express and it should be with you next day. Ships out from Bosnia, company is IOSS registered and EU VAT is all taken care of. You order via the webshop, it'll ship Monday and Tuesday it's in your hands. That's the M.O. 99% of the time. Sometimes DHL sends it to Turkey or some shit and then I have to yell at them. Rarely happens, but still. 😁

It's made out of a high-temp resistant polyester with 10% carbon fiber. Disc heat is never a consideration that close to the hub. However, locking the bike in a hot van or leaving somewhere rather hot like certain parts of Arizona/Australia used to be a problem with the previous material I used which would go through glass transition at ~60°C, new one is good one up to 85°C so no worries. :)

Unfortunately, yes. However, if one is using any other external device such as Garmin, there's an easy fix: in the device you just set the wheel circumference to 3,03x larger size and then everything reads accurately using the wheel speed sensor. Strava can obviously also use GPS and not the wheel speed sensor, for a bike like Creo which isn't a mountain bike and doesn't really experience wheel lockups, GPS might be a good option.
